I've just removed two of our lucky graduates, that I know have had their 12 week scans  - they are off to the big thread, but of course welcome here as long as they like
If you would like to be added to the list, or notice something incorrect etc, please if you could highlight it in red, it helps me to keep up with the list.

msnigella i know how you feel, it doesnt feel real to me yet and im 11 weeks
. Still havn't told many people only baby's father and my best friend.
i'm trying to figure out how to tell my parents and the rest of the family, and work ( wasnt planned and im not in a relationship with the father, so it will be a shock to all i think) but wanted to wait till after the 12 week scan ( still waiting for a date though).
Ooh are you looking forward to telling them or worried how they'll react? I feel a bit nervous when I think of telling mine - no idea why though! My parents live about 500 miles away from us and it'll be weird to tell them over the phone. I thought about texting my mum the scan picture - if I ever get one!
So far only my OH knows, will be lovely to tell people at last0 -

a bit of both really, mums always wanted grandkids so im sure she will be over the moon and start shopping and planning. i still live at home so it will be a big adjustment for everyone. they also have a holiday booked for next feb which i know mum will want to cancel (poor dad really wants to go, but mum was never that keen) but they will arrive back about 3 days after my due date so mum wont want to miss that.
I'm tryin to figure out how to tell them though, it will be a big shock!Aims for 2014

Well it looks like my stay here has been very short. Please can my name be taken off your list? Last night I had some brown discharge when I wiped, and I just didn't feel right. This morning I took a pregnancy test and it was negative (admittedly it was a Poundland one, so I don't know how reliable it is). I'm going to keep my GP's appointment on Wednesday, but I've now resigned myself to thinking it's over. I just wish I hadn't got so excited about it all so early on. Good luck to everyone, and I hope you all have a very happy and healthy pregnancy x0

So sorry Emily. But definitely get it checked out as I had a lot of brown discharge early on and again at 7 weeks. I'm not sure of the reliability of poundland tests, so def see your gp. Big hugs x0

Emily - I agree with Millie - please get it checked out. I bled with all 3 of my other children and they are all hear to tell the tale.
As for the pregnancy test, have never used one of the Poundstretcher ones either so cant comment.
Have spent the last 2 days in work secretly wretching with everyone telling me I look tired and ill. Fingers crossed I don't have a whole pregnancy of this again.0
