Sorry to say this but my sickness started at 10 weeks and hasn't gone and im now 24 weeks...

    Shh, you'll scare her!

My queasiness started at about 7weeks and went away at about 15 or 16 weeks.

Now I have heartburn instead. It's so much fun.

Oh yes, I have PGP and sciatica, which is fun (and makes me walk like the elderly), and was woken up by the wriggler at about 5.30 this morning for the first time (she was kicking and actually it was quite exciting, but I suspect it won't be the next few times it happens).

Also, much too bl00dy hot. All the time.

When your pregnant the hormones affect your digestive system majorly. Diawoowoo is completely normal, however if it lasts for more than a few days then speak to your doctor. Just make sure you keep eating fibre etc.

I've had diawoowoo several times so far.

Evening all, hope everyone has had a good week. Really looking forward to the Olympics although I am so weepy at the minute I will probably cry at everything!

With regards to the amnio test. I always said I wouldn't have one as it wouldn't make any difference to me whatever the outcome. However at my 20 week scan with my first baby an abnormality was detected on the scan that could indicate Down's and so an amnio was offered to me. I had it done as once I was in that position I needed to know. It still wouldn't have made a difference but I needed to know. I was only 18 at the time though so I may be different now.

What I am trying to say in a roundabout way is to go with an open mind. It is completely an individual choice what tests (if any) to have done and there is no right or wrong.

I have a tutorial tomorrow morning which I am not looking forward to after a week in work. I will be needing an afternoon nap I think! x
