yay for scan ellie, but booooo for sickness - its no fun is it!!

hope your rabbit is doing well millie, but  for the quote

luckily (for dh!!!) I've not been that emotional - plenty of time for that to change tho haha

    welcome hollykate

I thought the opening ceremony was fantastic but I'm quite embarrased to say I'd not heard of about 40% of the countries:o, geography was never my strong point!!

Hope you and your wife are best buds again 2b!!!!

At last I've got a date for my scan - 15th August. Thats ages away and I'll be 14 weeks by then. Thought the nuchal test had to be done between 11.5 and 13 weeks? Think I'll ring on Monday to see if I can bring it forward - not hopeful though.

Hope you're all enjoying the olympics. Was dissapointing about the cycling though:(

    How very dare he!!!

I'm being a stroppy mare that the moment, not to mention irrational and emotional. Midwife said yesterday "try to avoid stress". Hmmm. Came home last night to find ze Rabbit with a broken front leg (how????), late night dash to emergency vet, £200 poorer for pain relief, referral to Uber vet this morning, who quoted 3.5k!!!!!!! for surgery. Mini meltdown and our usual vets are going to sort it for a lot less than 3.5k. ]

He's under GA at the moment and they are going to xray, splint and immobilise it and send the images to a consultant on Monday for a decision about surgery :bitesnails:

The greedy little sod hasn't stopped eating though, he was even trying to eat when the vet was examining him

Hope bunny is ok Millie. I lost one of guinea pigs last week. She had a stone in her bladder and had an op which she got through ok but stopped breathing 6 hours later and the vet couldnt get her going again. The op was well over £300 and everyone in work thought I was mad for paying so much for a guinea pig. I didn't tell them I would have paid 5 times that to save her! xx

Thanks peeps, sorry about your Guinea pig, Penguin :(

Bunny is staying at the vets til Monday and they will make a decision about surgery then. People think I am bonkers about my animals (and they are right), but OH said we will do all we can for him (as long as it doesn't cost 3.5k!!)

    Hi lozzy!

I use 2, I have Andrew Johnston's pregnancy app, it's really similar to the "relax" one and I find it's great when Mr Diva is being a pain the the rear!! Lol! I use another one called pregnancy++ it seems really good so far, place to put notes, gives you daily/weekly updates and has photos n stuff. Pretty good so far (mind you I've only had it about 4 days!). There seems to be loads though maybe trial and error is best :)

I'm much better today, no more than normal amounts of going to the loo and I haven't felt sick all day!! Yay!! Hopefully it stays that way :) x

Urgh, I am SO BL00DY irritable!!!!!!!

I want to pick fights with everyone who gets in my way - strangers, road range, family, friends. I just deleted someone from FB because they corrected me on a typo!!!!!!!!

I am so nervous about this new scan on Tuesday too - I am worried about the small size of the baby when we last scanned, and worried about seeing the other woman who I made a formal complaint about!

Also - I can't stop eating! And still no real symptoms, so wondering if all is OK.

When will the worrying end?! I just want to be able to enjoy this!
