midwife went ok, she did try to listen but said she wouldnt be able to find it until about 14 wks but she has already sent off the paperwork to arrange my 12 wk scan and told me that i should hear by the end of next week.

on a plus note, my due date is 14.02.2013 i was thinking about texting the ex to let him know but im just going to wait till the scan. im pretty sure his gf (he left me for his ex!) has made him change his phone number anyway - i havent tried to get hold of him but i know other people have as he has done a runner from his business he shares with 2 other people :S

How long ago did he leave you?

2b, enjoy it while it lasts! If the MS kicks in you'll look back fondly to the time before MS... (although having said that the 2nd trimester is going well for me so far, no symptoms except for the bump and feeling movement!)

Everybody around me talks of being off wine and cigarettes, when I really would love both - and the smell doesnt put me off!

(I wouldn't do it, but definitely fancy indulging)

I know I shouldn't have but I bought some baby clothes in next and H&M yesterday

If anyone has a Morrisons local, they have a sale section with baby bits and bobs!

2b, I don't (and have never) smoked so can't comment on that craving, but I went completely off coffee for some reason. Back on it now although I'm drinking decaf. It was strange, the smell just put me off. Also wasn't interested in tea, I wasn't averse to the thought of it but if any was going I'd sort of just forget it was there and leave it mostly full!
