    I'm only 5+1, and still no MS! My boobs have only just started to get a bit more tender, but not massively - still cramping front and my lower back though.

    Have a friend staying at the moment, who just discovered she is pregnant today... no boyfriend, no money, no job. :(

    Not everyone gets morning sickness, mine didn't start till I was 13 weeks.
    You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

    Very touched...

    My mum's best friend's daughter has sent me a gorgeous mobile for baba's cot. It was her son's, but looks brand new :D

    Best friend has also got some bits for me, but is keeping hold of them until after my scan :) Every little helps, esp as OH is out of a job at the moment

    We weren't expecting anything only being 9 weeks pregnant but my hubbys friend from judo gave us a pushchair / carry cot and car seat yesterday i could have cried!

    Fly Dragon, what a lovely thought of your DH's friend! Without wanting to be negative, I have heard that you shouldn't use second hand car seats - I know one of the reasons is that it could have been in a car crash (which you would know about if it was a friend) but I think there was something about not using them when they are more than a few years old but not sure about that last bit - does anyone else know anything about this?
