Tinksy & Tattoo, hope you both have good news.

Mood swings are getting worse, I came very close to swinging for my OH after he made one thoughtless remark. He's normally a really kind, sweet man but he made 1 comment and I saw red. I felt awful once I'd calmed down. I keep bursting into tears at the slightest thing too and am in a really low mood most of the time.

God I feel sick this morning, haven't been sick, but have come close a couple of times. I've got an Important Meeting in work, but right now, I can't move off the settee without thinking I am going to puke! At least my friend will be in the meeting, so if I have to leave abruptly, she can blame it on food poisoning, or similar!

Think I'm going to get some of those accupressure bands ASAP. They have helped with my travel sickness in the past....

well my spotting has stopped. I also feel sick and sore b o o bs again. So fingers crossed it was just a one off and my bean is sticky and was just misbehaving.

Tattoo- fingers crossed for you & Tinksy- that's great, things ate looking really positive.

I'm so glad to have this thread- even though it's not the happiest at the moment. Most of our close family now know and are itching to tell other family and friends and for us to tell our Daughter, I keep saying we're waiting to find out everything is ok at the scan first but they just think I'm really cynical. I don't think most people not seeking support for ttc or in early pg actually realise how often things do not end well.

Massive hugs to all the mummies of angel babies and massive amounts of sticky dust to those of u's lucky enough to still be here.

Feeling a bit poop today, don't know if i'm coming or going and I feel sick (I was in a strop last night, didn't take my B6) so it's my own fault. Good job it's my day off, going to veg on the sofa all day.

I agree with you minted about people not understanding. My parents know my fears after mc last time but I think they still find it difficult that I am not discussing having a baby, only being pg - I am trying to treat it as a condition I have got rather than something that will change my life beyond belief forever. It is my way of trying to stay detached so that if something does go wrong I won't find it as hard (or at least that's my thinking). I do worry that I will find it difficult to connect with the bump for the duration of the pg after my scan, if all goes well.

Thanks for doing the sticky walby. Hopefully after your scan you'll be able to enjoy your pregnancy a bit better, it's just such a personal thing how people deal with it, I know people who have bought everything and picked names by 12 weeks and everything has worked out fine for them. Your scan is on my birthday next Tuesday!!
