Millie - I had it on Wed night, had a bad tummy for about half an hour then went to the loo and there was pinkish blood on the paper, had an early scan on wed and everything is fine at the mo, touch wood. If you are worried please see if you can get an early scan to check everything out

And with regards to the graduated section, you are right - I just didn't think and I apologise to anyone I might have upset.

I didn't mean to make you feel bad. I'm sure you haven't upset anyone. I just think there is too much potential for upset on a thread like this where inevitably some people will experience a loss.

Millie you should call your GP and ask for a referral to the EPU. They can scan you. They usually don't work weekends though. You could also go to A and E to get referred but again you won't get a scan today. You might tomorrow though. Call the out of hours GP as often you can't get a same day referral to EPU so if you leave it till tomorrow you might not get a scan till Tuesday.

Marie there is a lovely miscarriage support thread on here if you need to talk, same for JoJo. X x x

AFM my spotting is now brown so maybe stopping. But I won't know if baby is OK till tomorrow. Was thinking of using my Doppler but not sure if that's a good idea.

skintchick - don't use the doppler, if you can't find the heartbeat you will worry even more, I was in a right state and I only had to wait 12 hours for a scan

Thanks peeps, I will monitor and give the GP a call in the morning, if I'm still worried

I know you didn't mean to make me feel bad skintchick, just annoyed with myself for not thinking.

Hopefully that means all is ok. I wouldn't use the doppler, you will only panic more if you can't find anything.

    Morning all,

Nothing really going on with me, I have a horrible cold and I don't know if the cold symptoms are masking the pg symptoms but I haven't felt as sick these past few days.

We're on hols this week on the Yorkshire coast and the weather is just like being home in Scotland!!

Was really just popping in to say good luck to skintchick for your scan today, fingers crossed all is ok.

Hugs to anyone else going through a hard time too.

    Hi guys,

Skintchick - thinking of you today, really hoping everything is ok.

Minted - I've been feeling remarkably less sick the last few days too. Makes me realise how pants I was feeling if that makes sense. Of course, it gets you worried then though! We can't win can we.

Don't let this stop you all chatting.

How are everyone's symptoms? Anyone else thrown up on a pavement?! :rotfl:

    Oh skint,

I can't say anything except I'm keeping everything crossed for you and hope it's good news, my friend had a huge bleed (week long) at 9 weeks and everything was ok. Huge positive vibe hugs!!

Also skint, glad I'm keeping you entertained by my throwing up on the pavement last week, It hasn't happened to me again (yet) but last night I cried for an hour (on the bed actual tantrum) because my cheese sauce didn't work as we are on hols and the cooker is sh!te- well that's my story anyway. It was the first time in probably a month I felt well enough to actually stand and cook without feeling !!!! and it all went t!ts up!! Laughing now thinking about it but my laughter may turn to tears at the memory of the trauma!! :rotfl:

Zcrat, it's blooming' swings and roundabouts isn't it?! You have a few days feeling fine, actually want the nausea to return then curse yourself for being so stupid when it comes back with a vengeance.

These early days are such a scary time and this thread just compounds how fragile and precious things can be.

Skintchick - I've got everything crossed for you, hope all goes well.

Jojob and Marie - so sorry to hear your news.

It's all over for me on here for now as well, so I'm saying goodbye. My light spotting from last week turned into heavy bleeding and cramps over the weekend, so I think I've MC'd. Hormone levels are down and GP said I'm best just letting nature take it's course. Am absolutely gutted but am of the belief that everything happens for a reason and if I'm meant to be back on here one day, I will be!

Good luck to all you ladies! xxx
