Primarni shopping done, got my dark pj bottoms and massive knickers lol! I really haven't got the energy to pack my bag tonight though - walking around town killed me off & it was absolutely boiling in every shop I went in. I managed to restrain myself from buying yet more baby clothes though!

Scarily enough I think I have pretty much everything I need for baby now! Im glad I started shopping early because I am honestly running out of energy now - anyone planning to leave it until they are later on in the pregnancy, I wouldn't - if you are anything like me you'll be ready for bed by tea time every night!

I like the Internet for a lot of things but definitely not clothes shopping as I like to see and feel what I am potentially buying and I also like to combine it with lunch with friends and such like. :D

Me too - I don't mind buying certain things online but nothing beats a good day of retail therapy!

I would rather die than go shopping.. I hate shops.. I hate people and I hate walking about aimlessly... if I MUST go to a shop.. I decide what I want and do maybe 2 or 3 shops and come home.. I get exactly what I want and leave. I do not go shopping in November-February and I do not go the last 3 weeks of summer hols.

Ordering online.. I get loads and send 90% back .. shopping comes to me. :D:D:D:D

What are these alien things 'friends'??? They are for childfree activities.. food and beer!

Forgot to say I picked up my second bounty pack yesterday, couldnt find the coupon for it but got an email with it in. I know its free stuff but I was a little disappointed, it had the same things as in the first one (though not as much) little bottle of dettol, nappy, pack of 12 wipes and a little sudocrem. There were no new leaflets or anything that would be helpful for further on in pregnancy. Nevermind lol. I used the £5 off TU clothing to get a best daddy tshirt and hubby picked out a dinosaur top and trousers so it wasnt all bad.

We have so many clothes now, his drawers are full! Im going to have to move the bigger stuff to a box for now I think. Im just hoping we have enough sleepsuits as Ive bought none since we got given a bunch from a family friend.

Husband is on nightshift tonight, not looking forward to it :( debating on getting my sister to come keep me company lol but think I just want a lazy night in front of the telly, maybe a dvd not sure yet lol just wish we had some nice munchies in!

I found the bounty packs so incredibly useless I never bothered getting them the last few.. apart from the one in hospital whch has the child benefit forms in!

At some point in the distant future when I have no laundry *rolls about laughing* I need to soak all the first size stuff to remove dribble and poo stains.. lovely job!!! Another reason to buy nothing but plain white bodysuits and sleepsuits!

Hi everyone - bit of a late poster on here to be honest, but have read back over and readong what you are all up too and how little ones are...love pics!

Am due next wednesday!! can not wait, am getting very excited now! We dont know whether we having boy or girl so its a surprise!
We just finished babies room and its looking lovely: light green 2 walls and light yellow the other, and hospital bag is packed - just need to get some drinks and snacks for hubbys bag then we are done!
Car seat base is in the car and ready, car seat in the dining room along with pram waiting to be used! am struggling with putting it up and down though, so hopefully once bump is a babe i will be ok! :rotfl:
Have got basic clothe bits ready - sleep suits baby grows etc, been very lucky in being given lots bits to be honest. Once baby is here we will be able to get things that arent white/cream/beige and proper little boy/girl outfits!

Have been so so busy since found out was pregnant (was bit of a surprise!!)- we had to move as landlord was selling the house we renting so was moving at 5 months pregnant and sorting house out, we had booked and planned our wedding for 24th june but that had to change with the 1st as a due date - so we were married 15th April instead....difficult getting a dress that looked ok! finished work on the 13th may and now have a terrible cold! pushed honeymoon back to Jan next year too... so now can just about sit back and wait for baby to be here as everything else is done!! phew..its been manic!

hope all you ladies are getting along fine and enjoying this time of preparing and resting!!
