Wow Abby that was a great bargain!
Meant to say earlier that Argos are doing a 6 pack of Tommee Tippee 260ml bottles for £15.00 if that is of any use to anybody.0 -
Ooh are you going today, Friday or tomorrow, Saturday? I'm going tomorrow. If you are going today, could you PM me any info like where to go for freebies, bargains etc! I'd be ever so grateful. I last went 2 years ago and can't wait to go tomorrow :T
PM sent, someone else was going to the NEC babyshow shout up if you want a copy of my ramblings:rotfl:
Had a great day for free but I would have been miffed if I had to pay for it:D Tired now but no sign of labour yet.0 -

Sparkle do you have any anti emetics at home or could your gp squeeze you in to prescribe you some at all?
Hi Koala what are those please? I don't have any but they sound good whatever they areI have a midwife app this week so wonder if she can arrange something or I'd actually need to see doc?
Also than you Apricot - I am still queazy but will see how today goes. I think that having the special tablets for anaemia this week and not eating as much as i should have been is affecting things too (MrSparkle did the shopping so when I got back found out he had lived off sausages and pizza, not much other shopping had been done so not much food at home:cool:).
Plus the flight prob took it out of me I guess, so will load up on fruit and veg and make sure we are stocked up. Aside from red meat, I am guessing spinach and lentils are the other good sources of iron, plus apricots have iron and potassium I think, double whammy :T:):)

Anti emetics are anti sickness tablets. My midwife can't prescribe things, when I needed a script I had to make a doctor's appointment too. Hope you feel better soon!
I may have just found my motivation, my cousin text me asking if I want a Macdonald's breakfast - time to get dressed methinks!:happylove DD July 2011:happyloveAug 13 [STRIKE]£4235.19[/STRIKE] £2550.00 :cool:0 -
Sorry Sparkle they are anti sickness tablets and lots of them are totally safe for using during pregnancy so if one doesn't work for you there are others to try.
Apricot hope you enjoy the party.0 -
Sparkle if you think that the iron tablets are part of the problem then you can have different ones prescribed just say to your midwife.0

Morning Ladies
I havent been on here for a few days, so just trying to catch up with everything!
Well, i am bouncing off the walls with happiness today - we went to view a house at the start of April but decided it was just a little out of our price range so thought we would wait to see whether they would drop the price, we had a look on Rightmove on Thursday and they had dropped the price by £25k so we went in with an offer and its been accepted :j It needs completely renovating and it looks like we will be moving in 4 weeks before Peanut is due, but as my sister is going to rent our other house from us it means i can always stay with her if need be - woop woop, finally getting of this house - OH lived here with his ex wife so i just want our own place that i can put my stamp on!!
Off to Cyprus on weds so loads of washing and packing to do, and really need to start thinking of baby names too!!
Labour vibes to the Boldies and congrats Rachel on Llily Evie - i love the name Evie, its the only one on my list so far!!xDue 26th July, team yellow0
