Morning girlies!

Thanks for all your concern yesterday - I was absolutely fine, found it completely hilarious and I've learnt how to turn taps on with my toes so its all good!

Sparkle - have you eaten? I find nibbling on day biscuits or sipping milk or water helps. If that doesn't work I usually have a chew on a Rennie which sometimes helps!

Congratulations on team blue Flower!! 6 sleeps until I get to find out, I can't wait :j

Hugs to all and labour vibes where required, sorry if I've missed anything - brain just isn't functioning today!

Glad it wasn't too traumatic Winnie.

My baby girl has decided to lie totally head down today I could feel her shoulders just above c section scar when I was showering. . Only problem is that I am finding it more difficult than usual to walk and feel like I look like John Wayne! :rotfl: definitely not very dignified anyway so will be having a day at home I think.

I've been to two of these now and I cannot face going to another one (certainly until well after bambino is here). The first one was OK - I managed to get a few bits including a baby bath for £3 (wasn't going to bother but you can't go wrong for £3) and some clothes. My Sister bought a travel cot too. The second one we went to was awful. It was full of mad irate women there was not enough organisation and far too scary for me. I left with a couple of outfits and that was it. I'd say they are worth checking out but be prepared for a massive scrum!

This lazy good for nothing baby is getting right on my nerves now.. it is so frustrating that it just refuses to move for days at a time.. I had a little wiggle yesterday about 10am and nothing since.. I tried poking and shifting and lying on it and it just doesn't move.. ggrrrrrrr.... so irritating!!! Oh Squeak gave it a good kicking this morning too.

3 weeks to my anomaly scan.. seems like forever and I am still convinced something is wrong.. hardly surprising given its stillness! I don't actually want to go.. it seems like a faff and then the hospital will be reminded I exist and whine at me that I've not been.. I really don't have the energy to deal with them.. I am usually full of beans by this stage and waning to fling and decorate and it has taken all my focus to list 11 things on ebay... I don't even have the energy to go look at pushchairs or baby stuff or cots or anything.. I bought a pack of nappies when I had my tesco delivery as they were on offer and I had a code to paid about 20p for them... *sigh*

Afternoon all

Been to the consultant

BP up, rh- antibodies have doubled but consultant said she wasn't panicking about referring me to Leeds unless they go into double figures. Had more bloods done today - results in 2 more weeks.

Didn't get chance to discuss induction as baby is still breech, so all she talked about was that I couldn't have ECV to turn him because of the antibodies, so would be looking at a section in about 3 weeks if he doesn't move round. She said given my current physical state, he was probably doing me a favour by being breech as it means a section early. If he turns, I won't be allowed to go over my due date because of the antibodies anyway. Also he is measuring big for dates, so I'm having a growth scan next week and then back to see consultant straight after. I have a feeling if he moves, she will agree to inducing me because of the amount of pain I'm in and we talked about how stressed I felt over the antibodies too, and it's not helping me emotionally. I've got higher BP today and a banging head again. She told me as well as my max dose codeine, to take paracetemol too, so I am doing. I feel like an addict counting down the hours until my next dose of painkillers :rotfl:

I'm tired as had a bad night again and my head is banging. Going to have a sleep before I have to go out later.

Just to let you all know, Lily Evie was born on 15th May 2011 weighing 8lbs 1oz, both back home and very tired but doing well xx

Hadn't seen the list for a little while

Have fantafan and Rachaelc been on? Wonder if we have more birth announcements to come? Huge labour vibes to Becky!

Someone found out they were team blue but I can't remember who it was.....if you shout up I will update your name!

koala I have started waddling apparantely! It's very attractive! I feel like I've put on about a stone in the last week - I have to hold my bump now when I get out of bed as it feels really heavy!

pigpen I know you've done this countless times before (understatement?) but is it not a bit early to worry about movement (or lack of)? My midwife told me not to worry about regular movements until 25 weeks and that there would be days when I wouldn't feel baby until then.

I have my crib now, all put up - crib bedding is ordered, can't wait until it comes although not sure how soon is too soon to actually make the bed?
