Bella: I would get your midwife to refer you to a physio - they'll be able to diagnose the problem better than anyone
Galvaniser: Really hope they get your house sorted soon. We moved here when expecting DS1 and it is stressful. We kept losing buyers, then the owners here kept losing houses. Ended up moving at 30 weeks pregnant!Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!0 -

I've been up and down the stairs too many times and now I have awful period type aches and pains in my pelvis
Get your feet up for a rest, have you got some painkillers? My physio also recommended applying heat either with a hot water bottle or a wheat pack xOlympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

My place is sold but OH hasn't sold his yet so we are renting temporarily so will have to move again hopefully in 6 months or so.

In other news we have been informed that we can't move in to the rental house we were supposed to be moving in to next week while we are waiting for the sale of our properties to go through
The current tenants haven't been paying their rent but won't move out so the landlord is having to go through the courts to evict them - which evidently could take 6 -8 weeks.
I think this has really shaken OH cos we are so close to having baby now and and also he is a landlord so didn't fully appreciate how bad it is if you get the wrong tenantsluck of the draw though I suppose
So I'm back on the property search - got some possibles to see tomorrow so fingers crossed!
Congrats to the new arrivals and vibes to the boldies!!!! xx
I'd definately be back on the property search - last tennants my mom had to go to court to get evicted refused to leave at the court appointed date so then she had to re apply to the courts for baliffs, which took us another 6 weeks down the line. This is why I tell everyone that they really REALLY don't want to be landlords without doing some serious research.
Our bungalow has been on the market over 12months and I thought we'd had decided to stay put and look into extending into the loft for an extra bedroom but no got dragged to estate agents yesterday to arrange new photos as we change the decoration every couple of months and to discuss yet another price drop, all very well but I'm due in 17 days (yes I'm counting:rotfl:) and really could do without viewings and OH's OCD cleaning requirements when people are due. The boys are 12 & 9 and madams 4 if people can't understand that they have toys then they are unlikely to be needing a 4 bed home :mad:0 -

I love my Silver Cross as a pram, but not so keen on it once the second seat unit goes on when they start to sit up. It gets a bit bulky. My plan is to save for a Quinny Buzz so from a year old I can have one of those, and it would last then until walking time. I won't need the carrycot or car seat bit by that time either.
I had a Quinny Buzz when I had Ruby. It was a fantastic pushchair whilst she was little but once she got to 18 months+ I found it an absolute nightmare in all honesty. It wouldn't push especially when you got into a shopping centre on them shiney floors. It's not that light either & they are wide. They take a bit of getting used to. I loved it but in the end I got rid of it. I would say get saving & get one asap! Ebay stuff & maybe get a second hand one. You can get them pretty cheap now off EbayI've been looking at them again despite the niggles I loved it :rotfl:
Our 1st baby is due 29th December 2007! :rudolf:
I'm hopeful that this get's me out of cooking Christmas dinner!
Baby Ruby arrived after 55 hours of labour & an emergency c section on Christmas Day at 14.41 weighing 6lb 6oz...And yes I did get out of cooking Christmas dinner!!:rotfl:0 -

Alwayspuzzled - I sympathise on the viewings front - my place has only just gone under offer and the vendor wants to be in by the end of the month (supposedly) so I'm keeping everything crossed.
It's a nightmare having to keep on top of everything for the viewings especially when the kids make such a mess
We have definately written off the other rental property - the letting agents did say there were problems with the tenants but we didn't realise the extent of it - I can't believe people would have the nerve to refuse to leave somebody elses property when they are not even paying.
OH's flat has been rented out long term and have been lucky so far with tenants - worse case the mortgage is so small we could afford to pay it for a while if we had to but even so.0 -
I keep craving yogurt so I bought a big pot of rhubarb flavoured Rachel's Farm yogurt at lunchtime and ate the whole lot. Now I feel sooooo sick and full up. Need fresh air and a long walk but I'm stuck at my desk for another half an hour.Leo James arrived 7 days late on 26th August 2011 by emergency CS :j Such a cheeky chappy now :T0

Girls, where can i purchase a really cheap front opening nighshirt type thing suitable for hospital stay (even tho i'm planning a homebirth!) and that i can live in, post-birth?
I just tried peacocks & tescos but no joy. Although the local tesco only has small clothes area
I got this one from Asda which I love. Nice and cool.0
