Sorry ladies, am I being dense? When I click on the FB link for the Nuby comp I get a page that says the page doesn't exist anymore. So I searched for Nuby, and all I find is a retail page for India... I just assumed the comp was no longer open.
Don't mean to sound stingy, but a free pump would be very handy. Could someone PM me the link again, or let me know what terms to search for on FB? Many thanks!

perhaps you've blocked it previously?? try going to their homepage http://www.nuby-uk.com/ and following the facebook link,

    or facebook search "nuby uk"

ohhh thought I'd let people know... having suffered with indigstion for agesss with this baby i asked midwife at mat hospital last week if i could please have something other then gaviscon (which i cannot get past my lips let alone swallow) to avoid a pint of milk a day. she gave me Asilone liquid. its muchhhh thinner (more like water not even as thick as milk) ... still tastes vile but you only need 5-10ml instead of the 20 of gaviscon and it is AMAZING... works sooo well. def, worth asking for if you are suffering.... wish i'd begged sooner.

    Morning all,

No more trips to Jobcentre, my MA claim sorted whoop whoop, :j . Hopefully yours will get sorted a quick Charlie.

Been to Next and got some bargains ready for next winter, there was no newborn stuff. Just got to keep it all somewhere. My mum paid for most of it which was good of her :)

  • Apparently mine was 2cm (normal for subsequent pregs) and soft, so going the right way.

I am a subsequent preg, I must be abnormal :( All the celebs due the same time as us have had theirs Abby Clancy, Myleene Klass (what a ridiculous name to call a child) and even her off Corrie has had hers 5 weeks early, few others as well.
I have another sweep attempt on Tuesday then induction starting Saturday night. Do you know when you'll be induced if it comes to that?

  • They're only giving you a week over due date before inducing you, princess? I love our midwives, they are going to give me a call at the end of next week...they will do what they're told, too;)

Think I'm quite happy not to be in the same category as Abby Clancey!!

Induction is ok, I'm just not happy to play around with the increased chance of a C section.
