I put on 5.5 stone with 3 of mine!
Me too I gained 5.5 stone with DD I started a bit underweight and a size 6 straight after the birth I was a size 16, after 6 weeks of BF I was a size 14, I then dieted down to a 12 by loosing a stone. I lost a total of 2.5 stone since the birth and wanted to loose another 2 but then got pg again, my scales are out of batteries and I haven't replaced thembut I estimate I am the same weight as I was at this stage the last time
At 35 this time can I shift it?

So then you must have lost weight due to giving birth, and then gained weight to get back to normal afterwards?
Yeah-unfortunatley lol I could do with losing some weight anyway, which is why my midwife was never really concerned that I lost weight as long as i was taking multi vitamins etc I seem to carry on the eating wht i fancy when I fancy it even after bubs is here lol0 -
Morning everyone,
We are off for our all day antenatal class today and hospital tour. Looking forward to seeing what the midwife led part looks like as I am tempted to go for that at the moment. Hopefully we will learn something !
What is everyone else up to today?0 -
Morning
I'm having another movie day with the kids as OH is working again in the kitchen. He's started already so hopefully he will be finished earlier.
It's still snowing so plan to get wrapped up and get the kids out to play in the snow later.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Can't believe is all snowy up there again. The weather was sunny and almost warm here yesterday!0

I know it's mad isn't it? This time last week I was out the back with the kids in the sun, washing out all week.
It snowed here in late April early May last year, it was up to the downstairs windows apparently!
Not sure when to plant my tatties, tomatoes and strawberries outside.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

Morning
Haven't been on for ages, so not had a chance to catch up. Congratulations to the new mummies, BBM especially I hope your little one is doing well and you're coping with having to go to and from hospital.
Labour vibes to those who need them.
Went to look at our maternity led unit yesterday and it was gorgeous. The pool was about the size of a jaccuzi, I fancied hopping in there and then. Still not sure which way up bubs is, so waiting to see midwife on Tuesday to see if she can work it out - as long as he is head down I am all fine to go to the birthing centre. They were really lovely and gave me some advice / things to consider even if I can't go there, and also if baby is upside down and I need a C section I can go there rather than stay in hospital afterwards (much better option, they have a great reputation for both food and BF support!
Hope everyone is well, I will probably struggle to post here much until on ML (2 weeks!!) but will be lurking and sending you all appropriate vibes
Em xx0
