blue ..... again!!! tho lots of my stuff is white/ cream in very early ages as my sister had a girl (team yellow all way thro) and passed us over anything she had that would do a boy.
in a way i am gutted tis another boy but yay at the amount of money it has saved us in clothes and toys!loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
Amazon is my favourite site to deal with. Love the free del on most stuff, nectar points and with topcashback you can change your earnings into amazon vouchers.
I've been doing that as I would just spend the cash. I got a baby changing mat for £2 del using some vouchers.
I just need to get a bouncy/rocker chair.I have a fisher price rainforest swing but I like to take thd baby into the bathroom so I can get a shower in the morning rather than 2pm lol.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
I love Amazon too. The only thing is I wish they'd do cashback with Quidco.
Got two lovely Lamaze toys from there which were about £3 cheaper each, with free delivery, that Mothercare or anyone on eBay.
Got my birthing ball from there as well0 -

Afternoon everyone,
Nice to see you posting Chicky. Sounds like you have been treated badly but at least you are signed off now to relax!
Puzzled - I just have a exersize ball and looks exactly the same as the ones they had in the hospital today.
Had our all day antenatal class today and hospital tour. A lot of the stuff i knew already, prob from being on here and also other reading I have done but the post natal stuff was quite good as didn't know as much about that. The hospital tour was good. I am def going for the birthing centre which is in same place just on different ward as the rooms were nicer. Can't have an epidural but if it comes to me needing one I can be moved to different floor/ward. I also liked the birth pools and they said it is very unlikely they are both ever in use at the same time so fingers crossed there.0 -
Thanks Digital, im 5'8 so am looking now at 65cm ones
For some reason i am now really worrying, i dont know why, but since OH and i started the list this morning im now worrying rather than being excited, what if something goes wrong? are you ever ready for a baby? what if i think i know what to expect and have no idea? What if everything goes horribly wrong and OH is left alone with the baby ....
Sorry, will stop bringing the thread down and will go back to the house work0 -
Puzzled - it is normal for any parent to worry and I think there is always something to worry about. Just try not to as much as you can. Things will work out even if it is not as expected.
I am packing my hospital bag tomorrow and just been sorting out babies stuff to wash and is making me all excited!0 -

it's no easier with your second. esp with this OC this time.
with DS1 they wanted to keep me in overnight and i went mental at them all i wanted was my bed and a hot cup of tea. (thankfully they let me escape). i don't think i've a prayer of that this time.
so then i get worried about hubby having ds1 on his own and guilty that if i am in too long he will have his leave wasted .
am still v. scared of labour again, esp with the strength of these braxton hicks (i sware earlly labour pains didn't hurt as much as they do this time round).
i was debating a water birth as i am soo relaxed and less sore in water but i am sooo self concious of my body (i hate it with a passion). hope those who want one are able to.
mmm mr blooms nursery is on... off to drool(i mean snuggle so DS can watch it).
loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0
