Nice bag...pity aout the pink but I don't 'do' pink lmao
I can't do the 45 minutes it takes to get down to my folks atm but that's me lol....if there are places for you to stop then yes I say go for it but take your notes and stuff with you just in case,.....that way you probably won't go into labour lolThe pod landed and produced baby Timothy on 10th March 20110 -
Not quite as pink as the last one RBG! Seriously tho there are lots on ebay so recommend a look if anyone needs one!!
Yeah actually I might put my hospital bag in as well - anything to ensure I don't actually have bubs that far away from home.
Gong to try and persuade OH to join me, but not looking likely as he has a load of paint to remove which we need doing before we carry on with the house  (oh yeah and rugby on Sat:beer:!).0 -

Good Morning Ladies
Came into the office today and a nice new chair seems to have magically appeared at my deskHopefully I won't have back ache today from this chair.
Got a MW appt after work today biut couldn't find the lid to my pee pot. They don't give the pots out at my GP, do you think I could pick one up from the chemist?
Coops - For Maternity Allowance, you apply directly to Job Centre Plus. You have to fill out form MA1, enclose 13 weeks worth of payslips, enclose your MatB1 form from the MW, and SMP1 (I think) from your employer which states that you are not eligible for SMP.

Charlie - My claim wasn't self employed, but it was super quick. After I filled out all the forms and got all the stuff together, I sent it first class recorded on Wednesday last week, and got a letter in the post yesterday confirming that my claim has been approved. So super quick response once they had received it. I now need to sign and date the form for when I want it to start which will be the day after my last day at work (next week :j)
Meh, where is the sandwich wagon today - I'm starving!! Quite fancy a jam scone
Labour vibes to the boldies. Hope Hngrymummy is having mummy cuddles0 -
Well been gettting contractions since 6am and are still going strong right now. Ive just sent Mr Sharkey out to morrisons to get some last minute bits and pieces and am now going to start timing the contractions to see if I need to call the hospital. Am I right in saying that I can get contractions without my waters breaking??? I'm getting scared[/COLOR] Starting the new year in a good way cooking baby sharkeybabe no2:j:j0

Oooooh Sharkey hugs don't be scared it's the most natural thing in the world for a woman to do (says she who in 2 weeks will be posting freaking out lmao) the MW at AN classes says that your waters sometimes won't break for quite a while after you start contractions so don't be worrying there.....make sure you rest while you can and have something to eat as well to keep up your energy and GOOD LUCK xxxxxxxxThe pod landed and produced baby Timothy on 10th March 20110 -
