So glad the session went well Honeypop x
Massive labour vibes Chakani. Let's hope it gets things moving. I was reading earlier about DIY sweeps. I can't even reach to shave down there let alone anything else!:heart2:Baby boy due 4th March 2011:heart2:0 -
You have been chatty today. Something tells me it's Friday!
I am shattered. Been on my feet all day making cupcakes and cookiesAnd I only ate 1 cupcake and 2 cookies. I'm impressed with myself.
Some good news, my bunny has been eating some greens that mum brought over from her veg garden. So I've got OH getting some tender greens on his way home...baby spinach etc and we'll see if she eats that. Then we'll try and syringe feed her some more tonight and fingers crossed she'll be back to eating her own pellets by morning.
Baby is really fidgety now. Maybe because it's the first time I've sat down. It's weird to think there is a full sized baby in my tummy.
I feel remarkably calm considering I am going to give birth in less than 2 weeks for definite. A couple of weeks ago I freaked out for a few days - was scared and was crying about the thought of labour. But now I'm quite chilled. I'm also not getting impatient yet. I think having this party tomorrow has really helped take my mind off things, so I would recommend to anyone to have things planned for 40+ weeks.
It's my birthday on Wednesday and OH and I are going out for lunch and then I have my 41 week appointment in which I've been told induction will be discussed.
Dusty - glad you got baby moving. The tickling my belly button works for me too.
Chakani - hope the sweep works for you.
I can't remember much else. Sorry.Baby Giz born 6/2/110 -
Oops! Just accidentally bought a pink lining changing bag, secondhand but apparently only had very small amount of use, so £40 rather than £70 for a new one
Have spent the day off sanding all the skirting boards, then sorting through piles of baby clothes friends have given us. Soo cute
Dusty, glad bubs is moving again.
Honeypot glad the session helped, hope you have some more sounds like it will really do you good.
:grouphug::grouphug: to people in pain or feeling down.
Oh and Giz, meant to say glad to hear bunny seems a bit better and is eating, yayhope she is on the mend
Off to watch rugby and have pizza with new friends from our NCT course today. Really looking forwards to it, we've agreed the boys can watch rugby and we can talk babies and eat chocolate, sounds perfect

Crikey we have been a chatty lot today!! New thread is most definitely up and runningvroombroom wrote: »it does sound like that Missspendalot:( it says one Wikipedia not to have a C section or epidural as it will make it worse afterwards.
Wikepedia can be a bit off for info from time to time. I say this because I had a Csection with DD and my SPD had gone as soon as the spinal block wore off. With me it seems to be that I get bad SPD due to size of the baby....I know that was the case with DD but am waiting to see how big this one turns out to be, although I would love to have a 8/9lber just so they still look like a baby rather than a 3 month old :rotfl:DS1 arrived 22/02/11! 8lb3oz

Just spoke to my Mum and apparently my Auntie has been knitting for me, she has knitted a pram blanket and something else I think. Really lovely! Also my Grandma said if i see a moses basket I like then buy it and she will give me money. Got to love my family sometimes!
Mmmm to homemade scones Teenie!0 -
Just added these nappies to my basket http://www.boots.com/en/Pampers-New-Baby-Size-1-Carry-pack-27-Nappies_1051485/ and a few other bits to make it worthwhile, and added the code in the promotions box and it is coming up that it's invalid
Have I added the right nappies? I don't want the really small ones the micro ones as unlikely my baby will be under 6lb.

Aw my Mums neighbour knitted me loads of cardi's for DD and I absolutely loved them I was so excited when she gave me them. That's so nice of her offering to pay for the moses basket.
I'm on my second scone.....feel a bit sick LOL"That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0
