I have checked the facts, unlike yourself who were dismissing anything posted out of hand. The fact that you haven't dismissed that post just speaks volumes about the inaccurate posts you were putting on the thread.
Also if I do get something wrong I hold up my hands and admit it, but I can see in your arrogance that you will not accept anything that proves you are wrong, despite it being put to you that it could have been you who are wrong. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

No you haven't checked the facts. You just think you know it all.
From what I found out today at Luton airport, If the parking companies weren't so stupid, they could actually prosecute many more people than they do for breaking the parking rules on airport property.0 -
They cannot "prosecute" anybody. This is not criminal law, it's civil law. That means that they can only take somebody to the county court to claim money. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I wouldn't pander to your over inflated ego to even want to guess what you do for for a living, and working at the most miserable airport in the country is of no interest to me!
If you think this is about bullying you, no no, I think you are too pig headed and thick skinned for that, and I find you rather entertaining to be honest, and very easy to wind up!
There you go again, thinking you know it all. I actually only work at Luton airport very rarely, but I did happen to be there today.
I'm not the one getting wound up. It's those who are so blinkered that they won't check the facts with an open mind. This is actually quite common with people on a crusade. They can read the same legislation as someone else, and interpret it completely differently. I always find it best to try and weigh up both sides of an argument, and consider all the possibilities.
There are even people saying that they aren't allowed to tow vehicles away at airports, when they clearly are allowed to, and do.0 -

Yes they could if they weren't so stupid, even on the approach road, because the airport is owned by the council.0 -
But there are no local traffic laws in place. The parking company can only use civil law. This means claiming money for either trespass or breach of contract. It might be owned by the council, but the roads and all the other land is classed as private property.
If there were real laws in place then the case would be heard in the magistrates court and not the civil court. This was explained to you before. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

I have looked at some of your posts on other topics, and you seem to think you are the fount of all knowledge about everything! Whereas you actually come across as a right pillock.
I could possibly even agree with some of your comments, and some others may even have had a serious debate with you, however you come across so abrasive and pig headed you have just got everyones backs up.0 -

All the facts are at hand, byelaws to show what legally they can do. No adoption of roads by the council and no TRO in place, so no penalties at all can be issued. And certainly no prosecutions as this is a civil matter.
You really have no idea, and certainly the person you supposedly spoke to at Luton is completely out of their depth. Sort of like you, actually are you sure you weren't speaking into a mirror? That person sounds like you! When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

They cannot tow on private land without lawful authority, the police can get vehicles towed, and there can be byelaws that allow it, but under pofa 2012 they cannot do so. I believe there are a number of cases pending at Luton where a private company has exceeded their authority, or in other words they are breaking the law, because unlike your fantasy world pofa 2012 is legislation. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you.
