But I know all the legislation in regards to private parking, it's pofa 2012 and that's it! There is no legislation otherwise covering parking on private land as its unregulated.

As for the old chestnut that half have won going to court, first it needs to get there, circa 630k ignored invoices never get anywhere near a court. This is fact not some random rambling from someone who cannot back up anything they say.

We are still waiting for proof to your claims, it's almost embarrassing how much you are backtracking here, first it was in the bylaws, then in the legislation, and now as you can't produce anything relevant you become the grammar police.

I'm not talking about the ones that don't get to court. Half of those that do find in favour of the parking company, and that isn't very good odds. If they decided to take them all to court, then 50% would be a huge number. Which makes it very irresponsible for you to give the advice that you do.
