As you are obsessed with the subject, then you should want to make sure that you know all the relevant legislation. So I suggest you take legal advice from someone who knows how to search for it.
If only £49 have been before a judge, and the parking company won 24 of those (and I doubt any of those were similar to the OP's case), then I would say that you are on very sticky ground with only a 50% success rate.
Plus I should think the parking company would also claim all legal costs off you.
I'm on my phone and don't notice sometimes the words in predictive text.
But I know all the legislation in regards to private parking, it's pofa 2012 and that's it! There is no legislation otherwise covering parking on private land as its unregulated.
As for the old chestnut that half have won going to court, first it needs to get there, circa 630k ignored invoices never get anywhere near a court. This is fact not some random rambling from someone who cannot back up anything they say.
We are still waiting for proof to your claims, it's almost embarrassing how much you are backtracking here, first it was in the bylaws, then in the legislation, and now as you can't produce anything relevant you become the grammar police. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. I love it when someone comes on here and "bigs" it up without having a clue what they are talking about. :rotfl:
Even better when they carry on despite overwhelming evidence that they are wrong. The word "gullible" isn't in the dictionaryTickets: 19 [cancelled: 18, paid: 0, pending: 1]

He reminds of someone else who comes here defending parking eye, similar kind of drivel, similar kinds of comments about getting legal advice etc , it maybe is that person's other account here ? Lots similarities , think Coupon maybe knows the one I'm thinking ofWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

I do however have security clearance to work at Luton Airport, so I understand the tight security for anti terrorist reasons more than most on this thread do.
So what are "the tight security for anti terrorist reasons"
let me know this then I will relate my experience(s) at Luton Airport0 -

What I said was that the 'fine' would most likely be as a deterrent to stop beople stopping in the restricted area, thinking that if they only stop quickly, then they won't get towed away. But if you park in any security sensitive area at an airport, your vehicle WILL be towed away if the tow truck gets to you in time. And this is for security reasons.
It's not Apoca, you tti.
nor is it beople, you wtta.

And as for Luton Airport, this would only be about 30m from the entrance to the taxi rank.
"It applies to anyone who stops in a no stopping zone. It would be a no stopping zone for a good reason"
So if someone does stop to let passengers out in a no stopping zone what are the repurcussions, mr. grammar boy ?0 -

OK, so Apoca, as you call them, are "a dodgy parking company giving out fake penalties on private land" then how do they suddenly change status at Luton Airport ?0 -

We did...when it was first started over 2 years ago. Long before you ever appeared with your clueless rantings.
Why are you on a mission to make this the longest and most pointless drivel of a thread on the parking forum?!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'm not talking about the ones that don't get to court. Half of those that do find in favour of the parking company, and that isn't very good odds. If they decided to take them all to court, then 50% would be a huge number. Which makes it very irresponsible for you to give the advice that you do.0
