You are the one claiming there are laws for this, I'm not so the burden of finding non existent legislation is on you. The fact is you won't find anything in regards to that so your whole argument falls down. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Didn't you read my post above where I said that the tickets dished out by the PPC at Luton are no different to those given out at a supermarket. This is because if it ever went to court then it would be a civil matter (to do with contract law or trespass). If these tickets were backed by real legislation then it would end up in the Magistrates Court, as happens in Bawtry. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

NO. I'm saying there may be specific laws for this, as you would know if you had actually read my posts properly.
And until you have found out from a legal expert in this field, then you shouldn't tell people to ignore demands. After all, if you have got it wrong, it doesn't cost you anything, but it could cost the person who you advise.0 -

But there aren't is there ? The bylaws don't cover this, legislation don't cover this, so what law does ? And you are still dismissing the fact that plenty of legal experts have written on this, been on TV about this, and that no legislation covers this apart from pofa 2012.
And it's not going to cost anyone signifgently more, the parking company asks for circa £100, if it goes to a small claim and they lose it will cost that £100 plus the costs of the claim which should be no more than £30-£40 . But we know that very few claims get there. 845 out of 630k ignored invoices, and only 49 went before a judgeWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. ''Good news though. This is a private land fine. They are unenforceable. This is not a parking fine however it may look. These companies are private firms that have no more right to punish you for the manner of your parking than your neighbour does.Only the police or the local Council can do that.''
That was about an APCOA 'ticket' at...LUTON AIRPORT. Is a qualified barrister an armchair lawyer as well?
Why don't you just read my posts properly?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
