Just remember this simple fact -debt collectors are not bailiffs. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

For you to achive your apparent aim of having bailiffs seize your car, you need to do the following.
Ignore the PPC.
The tricky part is making the car park owner, not the PPC, take you to court, as you have no control over this. And, unfortunately, the law is against you by being on your side.
But if we suppose that you get lucky and they do, you can ensure you lose by simply not turning up to defend the case.
To get a county court judgement against you, don't pay for 28 days. Then, to get the bailiffs appointed, all you have to do is still refuse to pay.
You sound like a natural born victim. If you still consider it a fine or penalty, then you need to pay. If you now consider it a scam, then you needn't. I respect your decision. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -
I don't know how to prove i am not a PPC troll, i can say that i am grateful for all your replies. I will take your advice to research first before posting any messages.0

All you need to do is take on board the multiple replies to your posts informing you (correctly) that Bailiffs cannot get involved in this without you being taken to court, something you'd know about in advance, and which you could still take control of, if you paid up following the judgement (the odds of which happening are about 200,000-1 against).Je Suis Cecil.0 -
My advice is to pay up and then you can stop worrying.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why then you're as thick and stupid as the moderators on here - MSE ForumTeam0

Dear, All
I have become another victim of APCOA @ Luton airport. I have come up to speed with all the threads posted in this matter, and I' am inclined to follow suit and ignore the "Enforcement Notice" but I must admit I'm really scarred. If the letters continue coming with increased fine amount (currently £80 if settled after 14 days, £40 if before) and it becomes apparent that I'm legally obliged to pay up then I'm going to be out of pocket. I simply cannot be in that position, whilst composing this I still thinking I should settle it and be at peace. Please can anyone tell me if they have actually lost this waiting game and/or know of anyone who has and had to pay out eventually, if so what was the amount payed out? has anyone actually received a legally binding court order? or a ccj? I should be grateful for any feedback good or bed, on my income and family commitment I don't think I can take a hit at whatever the amount this could escalate to, I'd rather settle it now within 14 days @ £40.

Read the thread - then look at some of the many other APCOA threads here.
You will not find a single person who has had any consequences from ignoring them, because there are none!
Stop worrying and giving these empty threats any credence at all!0 -

Go ahead then, send them the money and then you can be at peace..........safe in the knowledge that you've been a complete mug/idiot/numptie for paying them.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why then you're as thick and stupid as the moderators on here - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Stop worrying at this. It will go away.
For the record. I am one of the exceptions that proves the rule. I was taken to court by a private parking company (now long since defunct). Oh, and I won because they had no case - like any company that feigns authority. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
