Hi all
Firstly, can I apologise to CupOfChai for not posting the Chicken recipe - its been absolutely manic this week with taking Dad to the hospital etc... I hope to post it later if still interested - I did look for a link on the internet, but it seems to only be in my Ken Hom Hot Wok book.
Secondly, mealplans didn't go too well last week, but succeeded in no buying anything extra and just used things that were knocking round the house - here's to a more sane week!
Finally, here is what we are having this week:
Thurs: Breaded Fish; HM Garlic Dip & Salad in pitta bread with wedges
Fri: Our monthly meal out - can't wait - get to spend time with hubby!
Sat: HM Lamb Meatball Tagine with Cous Cous
Sun: Eat at DH's parents - but will be making a pud with LO oranges (on front cover of this month's good food mag)
Mon: HM Lasagne & Salad
Tues: Salmon with Cream & Dill Sauce, & Rice
Wed: Steak Sandwich etc.. alla Jamie's 30 Minute Meals
Have a good week all.
