LOVED the mobile phone incident. (Kerry will have seen it) but a girl who was at the front of the crowd and on the phone to her mother asked Barack Obama to say hello to her mother...and he did! He took the phone from her and had a little chat with her mother! His secret service people probably weren't too impressed but it was great fun.
I KNOW he's gone now but I just remembered another great Obama moment, he was holding this little tiny baby for a little bit and the father of the baby was on the news afterwards saying how Obama had taken the baby and the father said "He (Obama) didn't have much choice, I kinda threw the baby at him!!). Thought that was hilarious!0 -

Possibly not because you need skin to grip the pole with :undecided but you have to go now that you've mentioned it or @polesalot will be really disappointed
I've just been :eek: by some male body parts on "Diagnosis Live from the Clinic" on Ch 4. They've moved on to laser eye surgery now thankfully.Total debt 11/1/2011 €5350.65Total debt 12/12/12 €3222.31CrazyClothesChallenge 2013 #006 €34.08/€5000 -

No...you'll just slide offYou need your skin to grip, so hotpants (pineapple do a great pair that don't ruck up) and a vest top is best.
Everyone will be wearing them and all shapes and sizes do it so no need to feel self-conscious.It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -

Littleboots Yes I will be disappointed
Mags - I think I'd find the laser eye surgery more distressing :eek:It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -

Aaw I bet they aren't as bad as you thinkmine aren't great but the pole is great for toning up everything (and at least doing this I make more of a point to epilate and moisturise on a regular basis
)

Nights out are way too stressful for me, I just don't enjoy it at all. Went to a concert last night because the band are friends of mine and the keyboard player has this massive crush on me
and I had promised ages ago I'd be there so I had to go.
Wasn't in the mood for outfit planning so I went with a black dress. Needed an emergency pair of shoes, couldn't find anything at 70% off so headed to Primark where I found a really nice pair of black patent heels for €13. I was really happy with them, thinking they could be useful again until I tried to walk on them:( Didn't get very far :rotfl: less than 10 steps down the street I was falling over like drunk personTook them off and put my faith in the council that the street would be ok to walk on without shoes!
It took me almost 2 hours to get ready :eek: (that doesn't include time spent shoe shopping), over an hour to drive there, another hour pre-show having tea and pizza with the band boys. Almost 3 hours for the concert, long drive home, then I couldn't sleep.
That's just way too tiring for me plus I never feel too comfortable in their work environment. The women who hang round them are horribly compeditive and tend to throw too many filthy looks my way.
It's just so much easier to stay home plus it's so expensive to go out. I used too much petrol and bought those stupid Primark shoes specially.Total debt 11/1/2011 €5350.65Total debt 12/12/12 €3222.31CrazyClothesChallenge 2013 #006 €34.08/€5000 -

Now there's an idea. Wouldn't be spending 2 hours getting ready if I had a weekly reason to keep on top of the grooming. I just find it such a chore.Total debt 11/1/2011 €5350.65Total debt 12/12/12 €3222.31CrazyClothesChallenge 2013 #006 €34.08/€5000
