Mags, do you have the Nike Training App?? I just downloaded it at the weekend and it's free!! There are different programmes like Get Lean, Get Toned, Get Strong and then theres Get Focused, which is 15 min programmes focusing on a particular area like arms or abs etc.

Haven't tried it yet but am going trying a 30 min Get Lean programme tomorrow!

No but I'll have a look for it in a minute, let us know how you get on with it. :)

The skinny black cat was lying in my back garden this evening. Was so happy he was there so I could feed him. Not really sure what the story with him is, he looks like a neglected cat but he's very tame. If he sticks around I'll fatten him up :) I don't want to adopt him though because I don't have anybody to mind him when I'm not home. I'd love if he could just blend in with the neighbours cats and find a few houses where he can hang out.

The Queen is arriving in Ireland around 12. I'm a bit freaked out by all the trouble this is causing- bomb scares in Ireland and London already today

To be honest I'm not even certain what the problem is. Obviously I understand it's to do with the 6 counties in Northern Ireland and the IRA who want a united Ireland but I don't understand the precise details. Tony Blair was over and back here for years, David Cameron will be here for a bit during her visit so visiting PM's from the same place don't cause the same problem  Plus most of our shops are UK ones so before all the fuss about the Queens visit these issues wouldn't have been noticable on a day to day basis.

My interest in the Queen comes from Hello magazine and the royal wedding, how she dealt with Dianas death, I love looking at her really elegant outfits etc but clearly none of this has anything to do with the problems surrounding the visit.

I'm also pretty certain that loads of people who are interested feel the exact same as me. Most people I know actually have no interest at all but the potential trouble this could cause for countless ordinary people is worrying.

Really hope all goes well and it doesn't turn into anything other than some fabulous tv watching and another great issue of Hello.

Stunning green outfit, wow. I love all this glamour and cermony, so far removed from ordinary life.

I've been watching the Queen as well today. I have a post over on my diary about how most of the trouble today is being caused by "professional thugs" who protest for fun. The same people will be protesting Obama next week and are prob stuck in the Corrib Gas pipeline protests too!

I did the Nike Training club app thing - my legs are a bit wobbly - I think that's a good sign.

    Yes I am :p

@Kerry Just replied on your diary :)

I made it to Curves but only just, I had planned on being there at 6.35-40 (parking is free after 6.30) but it was just after 7 when I got there because I couldn't find a parking space. I had almost given up and gone home again.

    £33 on onepoll.

Just watching the news. Dublin looked so strange today, a huge occasion but so few ordinary people out on the streets to see it. Horrible violent protests nearby. Aside from the violence Dublin looked dull and boring in the pictures. Todays pics won't do much for tourism.

Clearly not just me who thought that, someone on Prime Time said it was unfortunate that Dublin looked like a ghost town
