£25 hobbs gift card with Red magazine

Been in store this afternoon and got exactly what I wanted no problems. Couldn't find what I was looking for on display (Sophie top) but asked and the SA went to look in the back and came back out with various colours and other tops too in my size. Very pleasant and helpful SA and good experience all round. Really pleased.

I was in the Aberdeen store today. The staff were really helpful but I was disappointed in the lack of tops and there weren't any camis. I managed to get a really nice stripy top though for £10 so was very pleased!

Too often we are willing to moan when something is not right but not praise when it is sorted so have posted praise to Martin's team on Praise Vent and Thanks board as I think they deserve our thanks and recognition. Well done and thank you.

I made a special trip today and was told I absolutely could not use my voucher on a top.

EDIT: Oh, and all the tops, even the £30 ones had been removed to the stock room. I asked for one specificially and they fetched it for me but then refused my sale when I produced my card - very cross!!

They have all been told they have to allow it on tops what did they say to you x

If this had happened to me i would have politely requested
to see the manager and asked why my card had been refused as i understand that it can be used on the tops.

If the manager still refused i would have taken her full name and contacted head office on monday.
If possible ( and i know it might not be for everyone) i would
make sure that i went in on a weekday because that way you could
have asked them to call Head Office while you were in the store.

I used a red voucher today on the black 'fisher' top! No mention of it not being allowed! The SA took my details the same as when I bought the 'Arlette' top but no problems! HTH

Went into Birmingham today and not a lot left at all in the tops. I made mention to the sales assistant who looked a little sheepish and said yes, they were a bit thin on the ground!
