Just had a bump, what to do next?

i bumped an old lady and cracked her rear bumper
i called her up a couple of days later to say can i pay for a brand new bumper and painting as i had a quote from pug for £450 she said the car had been taken away to nottingham to be put on a jig and checked over and repaired and the total claim i found out was 4600 so im guessing there was some whiplash in there
i still cant see how it was all done that fast - unless pugs really are that bad that i did really damage it lots0 -

He should know that you have to report a collision in person, there are no injuries so not reportable. No need to contact the police they won't do anything.0 -

Its me asking the questions and im not a driver, what are you getting arsey about DH for?
Why was your husband tailgating in the first place? I assume he was since he would have had plenty of time to stop if he was keeping the correct distance. We’ve had to remove your signature.
