I've uu a BS Almond Oil Daily Hand and Nail Cream. WIBA? Maybe if on offer. It smelt nice and was fine for using during the day but I do not have a HG hand cream and so will use anything that's on offer! I kept this at work but brought it home to uu over the weekend as I needed to cut open the tube and I couldn't be bothered doing that at work.

I won't be using up anything else today and so I am listing my UU's and ins for February:

    UU's (x 12)

    Colgate Sensitive Enamel Protect Toothpaste
    Olay Cleanser Cream Wash
No 7 Gentle Foaming Face Wash
    BS Sweet Lemon Body Butter
Avon Naturals Sugar and Walnut Body Lotion
Avon Naturals Vanilla and Soy Milk Shower Gel
Olive Bubble Bath (used as hand wash)
    Elle Macpherson Nourishing Foot Butter
Olay Total Effects Wake Up Wonder Moisturiser 7 ml
    Atrixo Intensive Protection Handcream
BS Almond Oil Daily Hand and Nail Cream
Sachet of Avon Advance Techniques Lotus Shield Frizz Control

    In's (x 8)

    Christina Aguilera Perfume Sample
John Frieda Shampoo (reduced and used 25% off voucher)
Clairol Nice 'n Easy Foam Hair Dye (freebie)
Clairol Hair Dye (£1 from clearance shelf)
John Frieda Hair Dye Foam (reduced and used £2.50 off voucher)
Salt of the Earth Travel Natural Deodrant
BS Cherry Blossom Body Butter (free with voucher)
BS Cherry Blossom Shower Gel (free with voucher)

    Hi to the newbies!

Bronnie - I'd LOVE to help sort the goodies too!

Really want to try that fish pedicure too! There's a place a couple of minutes away from me that does it, but I don't really want to go as I stopped going there when they managed to graze me when waxing my eyebrows  Wouldn't trust them or their fish :rotfl:Will have to find somewhere in town I think.

Couple of UU - Gok Wan shower scrub - love this whole range
Simple light moisturiser - okay, but just a little bit boring!

  • The fish pedicures are lovely - I had one a few weeks ago and whilst my feet weren't perfect (I have really nasty feet) it did make a huge difference, so I'm thinking of going back and having the longer treatment. It doesn't hurt but does feel a bit weird, like a combination of putting your feet in one of those foot spa things with the bubbles and being tickled, but it isn't ticklish at all - I am really ticklish and once I'd got over the weird feeling I was totally fine with it!

How are people packaging the toiletries for Give and Make-up? My first thought was shoe boxes, but I only have a couple of spare boxes and secondly they dont fit that much in or weigh too much. Are you then wrapping the boxes, if so with what? I have never done this before except for the christmas shoe boxes which I covered with christmas paper.

Also how are people managing to weigh the boxes, dont know if its my scales but when I weighed the first box it was 2.4kg so I tried taking a couple of items out and then my scales would not give out a reading, only way I could find around it was to weigh myself and then hold the box - felt a bit like packing for holiday and weighing myself holding a suitcase :D

I've got a couple of eBay parcels to post today, so when I'm in the Post Office I'm going to pick up some of those shoe box style Post Office branded boxes and use them, but I won't wrap them. To weigh them I'll probably stand on the scales at home, weigh myself first (because I'm not sure what I currently weigh) and then weigh myself and the boxes.

I'm going to bed now, having stayed up reaaaaaally late trying to fix my chuffing laptop which got virused at ebay. I thought I'd cracked it and got to the end, have deviated from instructions and now bu99ered it :(. Rerunning the software in the hope it repairs.

How the heck did that happen? Really hope you've managed to sort it.

A couple of UUs from over the weekend for me:

    - Lush Bath bomb - don't know which one though. It was white and slightly glittery, and gave some bubbles in the bath, really nice.
    - BS Almond Body Butter. WIBA? Not this one, no. I do like the BS butters, but went off this one, and tingled a little on irritated skin, not that soothing. Have now opened a Passionfruit one from my stash, which smells amazing, and is lovely on my skin :D
    - Clinique High definition mascara (sample size). Get really dry, so binned, but it had been going for at least 4 months, maybe more! WIBA? Erm, I didn't buy it in the first place, it was part of a GWP. And I have 2 more mini clinique mascara's, so I opened one of those. I did like it though, would be very happy to get it again, but I don't buy mascara, as I always have a sample about somewhere...

I'm afraid I will be succumbing to the Glamour freebies this month - my DD lotion and All about eyes cream are rapidly disappearing, and I have none in stash. As both of these products are included in the Glamour offer, it woudl be silly not to try and get them! Fortunately I'm back in London this weekend, so will have a hunt, and will ask a few friends to look out as well, as they will be visiting me the weekend after :p

I've been planning on what to spend my groupon/bs voucher on - definitely going to buy a £20 gift set for my cousin, then I'm not sure whether I'm going to get tea tree face wash, spot stick and soap or a foundation brush - does anyone have any experience of BS brushes? Is it even worth it? I've used a sponge to apply before and didn't like the effect, so is a brush any better/different? It kills me to spend that much on a make up brush even if it is technically 'free'!!!

I've got a couple of the BS brushes, and really like them, I think they're great quality. And I really like using foundation brushes as well, it gives a great finish. But I also have foundation brushes from M&S, and a cheap one from Asda, and they are also pretty good.
Well went into B**ts at the weekend foe some eye-makeup remover - my No.7 one hasn't lasted very long BUT that was all I bought :j
I also had a Fish Pedicure  must admit my feet felt soooo soft afterwards :)

Oooh, I have a voucher for this over here, but haven't used it yet - so intrigued! Really good to hear someone else has done this and it worked well :)
  • Going to have a summary of February now as it is nearly March!

    2 lip glosses
    2 mascaras
    1 shower gel
    1 moisturiser

    1 can hairspray

    in's:

1 tube cleanser (bought with Boots voucher)

Guys, I hate to put you off, but I considered going for the fish treatment and never got round to it. Then this morning my sister sent me this link

Re: BS brushes. I use their foundation brush and really like it. But it's the only make foundation brush I've used, so nothing to compare to. I also have tried their eyeshadow brushes, but preferred No7 and Pout ones.
