ETA: Roshy, I worried about having the same issues as you when one of the jumpers which sold on Friday night was sporting a wet muddy pawprint on Saturday morning. It had to go through the wash again and I worried about losing it. I got a spare laundry basket and filled it with everything that had been listed (apart from the dresses which needed to be hung). I placed my postage bags on the top so the cat couldn't go and make a bed on there! The basket is almost empty now from overflowing but I shall endevour to fill it to overflowing again :D

I put all my ebay stuff into a large plastic bag (or a box if selling breakables) as soon as I've listed them. Remove the ones that sell, and then when a free listing day comes :T I know exactly where they are.
Quick UU to post - my Avon Senses Shower Gel in Sunset - WIBA? I already have one in my stash anyway, and the fragrance is discontinued, but the shower gels are really nice so I almost certainly will buy again at some stage. As they are often on offer for around 99p for a 250ml bottle they are quite :money: too.

Was this the orange colour one? If so, it was one of my favourite Avon shower gels and I was  when they discontinued it!!

    Oh my goodness...

I have been sent here by my mum! She's challenged me to join in for March - after just moving house with help from the parents, I've been declared a hoarder and keeper of far too much rubbish... they're probably right...

I will do my best to UU! and not buy any more toiletries... but they look so pretty.....!

    Welcome :D

    Evening everyone
Loving the good vibes about the Give and Makeup boxes - it has inspired me to do some local research and I found out that a refuge close to where I live would be very grateful of donations so I am sorting out a box out for them and my DS1 & 2 are going to donate some of their stash aswell :j Bless them!!

    :j:j:j

I donated my embarrassingly large 'collection' of soap (far too much for me to use up) to a local refuge a couple of months ago. Although a clinic is cited online as their contact address I was told not to deliver them there and that someone would collect them from my work place and so agreed this by email.

(They never got back to me about this, but I trust that the fact my soap is no longer at reception means that they came and took it. I never heard anything by way of thanks, so for all I know someone at reception could have pinched it! I know we don't do things for the thanks, but I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get a thank you email - especially considering that my soaps were posh ones!:rotfl:)
  • Hi juliebunny
I'm thinking "You don't need toiletries in March challenge" :D
  • Just tried my son's OS Black Mint Shower Gel. If anyone misses the zing of the Mint and Tea Tree which seems to have been diluted, they should try this. Let's just say I tingle in all sorts of places....

I've emailed out three labels so far, will be online through the day to catch any further pmms.

UU a Time Delay face wash! My last one. :T I used to have a stockpile of these from the £5 vouchers. :rotfl: Now on to the Olay ones....
  • A UU Asda extra firm hairspray - WIBA one in the stash already.

3 Ins 2 S&G shampoos and a S&G conditioner bought on 3 for 2 and got extra 200 points with voucher from tote bag and also got double points!!

I have had a look at the Give and Makeup and am going to sort out some bits. But I have also sent the link to my sister as her sister in law owns a beauticians and have asked if they would put something up in the salon or even make a donation. I used to work as a care assistant and looked after a lady in a refuge, the women there were all very lovely and making the best of their situation. The woman I looked after was with her daughter in one room with a small kitchenette area and they had to make the most of the space. It was heartbreaking to see but they were so upbeat all the time. Very brave ladies in my opinion. Makes me feel quite emotional just typing it out.

Right am off to shower and pamper!
  • Morning everyone!

Had one UU the other day that I forgot about, Avon Ice Sheer Refreshing perfume, WIBA? Certainly no need to at the moment, still have loads of perfume to get through! It was a nice fruity smell though.

Need to get a move on now, getting my hair cut soon and going to a wedding reception this evening. Lots of opportunity to use some toiletries today!!

I haven't seen a points voucher in my Tote bag :(
Was it just lying in the box, or in bag itself under box? Not that I want to use it of course.

Mcculloch29, thanks very much for the voucher. Going to go through my stash today. It's pouring with rain, so might as well do what I've been delaying and make a list of my stash  Hopefully it will distract me from 'other' matters. That's if the shock doesn't get me. I was mentally working it out. Then stopped when I couldn't comprehend anymore!

  • Have just put together my boxes for Give and Make Up. Thought it was a really worthwhile cause and seemed a good way to donate the products that are not my faves but will be good for someone else, so have put together the following:

Sanctuary bath float, body scrub, hand sugar scrub and body lotion
    Colgate toothpastes (22ml samples) x 6
BS and Boots Meditteranean soaps Next and 3 x Boots body lotions
    Boots facial wash
    Oilatum cream
Frizz ease, Umberto Gianni and Charles Worthington hair styling products
    SJP and Kate Moss perfumes
    Maybelline and Rimmel foundations
    Rimmel nail varnish
    Boots Chilli Pepper bath set
    Flannel
    Wet wipes

These are mostly minis but some are full size. do you think this is OK? Just wanted to check before I go to the PO.
