Evening all,
Knitting this morning, then OH and I had lunch out and collected DGS2 from school, when we got home DS3 and DGS1 were here so it was nice to have my two boys together....used to call them Mr Mor (big) and Mr Beag ( small) as there is 20 months between them but DGS2 seems to have almost caught up....he had some lovely photoes of himself and his sister at her baptism, which I am sure have been all round his class to-day.
Very cold here all day, although it was nice and sunny. One of the staff of the library where we have knitting is retiring to-day, 65 so no option, she is not being replaced so library will now close for lunch every day and not open until 13.00 two days a week....a shame as it is a lovely place, with great staff and lots of services for the community.
Hester...congratulations on Maggie's birth, tell your daughter to slow down a bit, she needs to rest if she is breastfeeding.
Ruby...hope that you had some results from your meeting to-day.
Booked a house in Kerry for first week in June, hope the weather is good as there are so many nice walks and beaches there.
Lil_me, nice to see you posting again, nice also to see some newbies, the more the merrier.
Promised myself an early night as lots of housework to be done to-morrow...will probably faff around half the night and then be dog-tired all day to-morrow.
Nothing OS to report....was out most of the day, did some knitting on a dress for my doll Margaret, who will be 58 on 25th June and who has been dressed very shabbily for a few years.
Hugs to all in need or want, sleep well, stay warm

Meanmarie - nice to hear about Margaret. I have a doll called Susan. Santa brought her long, long ago and she came with a knitted outfit (red jumpsuit thing with a peakie hood! I've still got it!) which was apparently knitted by Mrs Claus
.
(((hugs))) to the poorlies. Hope you feel better soon.
