Is that the total you've done since your last total or the total overall?0 -
I did too much yesterday and i'm paying the price today.
Total number of stair flights climbed today= 10
Aww, sorry to hear that. Even though you haven't climbed much today it still averages out at 80 flights a day since yesterday... so is still worth a :T instead of a!
I didn't feel that great yesterday so only managed 35 flights. I've added it onto today's total to make 90. That gives me a grand total of 278 flights, or 2316.66 ft.0 -
Hi everyone,
I'd like to post a 2lb loss for this week. I've been daft and stepped on the scales nearly every day, and had losses each day for a few days and was expecting a 4lb loss at least. As a result I've not been so appreciative of losing 2lbs, which is still a good result! Lesson learned
Ah well, Sunday night is roast dinner and I get a pudding too :j. Tonight's pud is 'cheesecake', made with cream cheese, whipped double cream, a spoonful of Splenda and a dash of vanilla. I'll be topping it with some stewed rhubard with orange zest. Nom.0 -
Went to the gym this morning and did 3 fitness classes back-to-back
Started off with Aerobics
Then did Body Tone
Then Body Pump
I'm deliciously tired now :j Wonder how many calories I burnt :rotfl:SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

That's the total altogether I'm afraid, and no pPuds, not all in one day! :rotfl: That'd be unreal! I'm really struggling with these stairs though - my legs are willing but my lungs are complaining. I think I'm still not completely over the flu and it's affecting my asthmaShall have to go down to the doctors if I'm not back to normal in a few days..
Matryoshka - well done! :T I bet you're in bed by 6pm!
izames - that pud sounds scrumptious *droool* do you just mix it all together?
Frogletina - what is this Zumba? Everyone's going crazy over it! Let us know how it goes
jasonwatkins - That sounds like a plan! If 5 stone is the currently record I could smash that, though I wonder how they'd work out the odds ..?Paying off CC in 2011 £2100/£1692

Yep, I whip the cream until light and fluffy and just holding its shape. I mix the splenda and the vanilla into the cream cheese and then combine with the cream. I just guesstimate on the vanilla and splenda - a case of trying it and adding as need be. It is totally delish and tastes to me very much like ice cream. I then top it with whatever takes my fancy - last time I had defrosted frozen mixed berries that had a sprinkling of splenda as they were defrosting. If I was not doing low carb, I would use icing sugar instead of the splenda.0 -
Just found you all, enjoying reading your posts!
Just as a matter of interest, does the SW password still get posted on here?
Was a target member, just on the slippery slope these last few months, and am finding it impossible to get back to finding time for class!!
Spring is on the horizon though.......time to dig out the bike and cycle the 2miles to work. Then be suitably embarrassed at how unfit i am! lol!!
wish me luck!!0 -

With 5 young kids tearing around the house. I wish :rotfl:somethingsgottogive wrote: »Frogletina - what is this Zumba? Everyone's going crazy over it! Let us know how it goes
It's a sexy latino dance/workout. It's real good fun whilst working out a sweat. All the instructors I've had so far have been slim, beautiful, young girls so they can move their bodies to the beat. You should try it :rotfl:SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:
