Countrymusicfan - it's great to have achievable goals, which is why I love the 5lb challenge and things like thatI'm a bit confused by your post though - have you already lost 10 dress sizes or is that what you're hoping for, because that would be 20"? Is 7st10 your 'ideal' weight then? I know mine's around 10-11st and I'm 5'7"

Sorry, I was going to loose 10 dress sizes, but the chap I work with says that is very unrealistic. According to the WII fit, I should be 7 st 7, but I would be happy with 7 st 10, which on some charts is my ideal weight at 4 ft 10.
What is your current weight
BTW, sorry, gained 3 lbs, this week. I don't know why, but some how, despite excerising 30 minutes a day, and eating the same amount, I gained this week.Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money but you can't get more time0 -

What a great challenge. If I wasn't having ankle problems, I would definitely be in. Sounds like it would be fun - and what a motivator. Good Luck to all the challengers.

Hey fred, put me down for the everest climb please. Will measure my stairs tomorrow as i dont want to wake my kids up.
Been a bit sloppy recently and really need to start afresh AGAIN in march so the challenge will be perfect. Havent been doing much exercise as i have been feeling under the weather recently, plus have been tired out during the half term holidays chasing after the kids. Plus went out last night and the alcohol consumed was not a good idea as i know its wasted calories. But im ready to start over and from tomorrow i will be munching on carrots and apples to try and get rid of my need for chocolate on a daily basis. Doesnt help when the kids want to go in the shop every day (i live above a newsagents).PAD Maker0 -

I've got that your hubby said he thinks your home stairs are 8ft - nothing on work stairs - though there is a column for them so if you do both you'll need to let me know how many you've done for each every day :j
Puddings has started a snowball that's for sure - question is how do we top that?? Maybe a long virual run/walk somewhere?0 -
Ok Fred home stairs are 8ft 6 inches have just measured them and the work stairs are 10ft 6 inches so I will have to keep a pen and post it note system to count how many I do at each, then will let you know every day when I remember.
Maybe a long slow walk/jog to the north pole or across the sahara next month ? I think we can let imaginations go anywhere virtuallyRestarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed
