Well I can't join the everest challenge as I live in a ground floor flat with no stairs
However I have started the 30 day shred (jillian michaels) so am planning on sticking religiously to that - didn't realise how tough it would be, the first day almost killed me but hoping to power on throughMFW 2020 #111 Offset Balance £69,394.80/ £69,595.11

I'm not planning on joining them - I think I may go for the safer option of a Tesco value step at £14 or so.
Don't forget if anyone starts suffering from altitude sickness take it slowly0
