Morning y'all.
I did a forum search for Insanity and came here (I usually don't venture out of the competitions forum) :rotfl:
Anyway, I saw an advert this morning for Insanity Workout (https://www.tryinsanity.co.uk) by Shaun T and some of the posters here have done/do this workout.
Just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a cheap DVD package as over hundred quid seems quite steep and I have gym membership at the moment or if anyone has finished their 60 day challenge and willing to loan me theirs for 60 days (I'll send it back honest)
Anyway, thanks for reading.SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Hello
DIY, not any of the much-hyped and much-publicised systems. I've had help from https://www.weightlossresources.co.uk
England team please! Only, I don't know what my starting weight was - I've been doing it for a good while now.
There's a picture of me in existence taken at a church picnic on 12th July 2009. I weighed 79.8 kg that day and you can see every little bit of it. Today I weigh 72 kg. So, imagine 8 bags of sugar lined up on the kitchen worktop, and that's the amount gone.Ær ic wisdom funde, ær wearð ic eald.
Before I found wisdom, I became old.0 -
Not looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow
had a bit of a sneaky peek today and didn't like what I saw
Still, tomorrow is the start of a new week and hopefully I'll lose something even if its just half a lb0 -
Hi fredsnail,
Can you put me down for a 2.5 lb loss this week please. Don't think I've lost weight 2 weeks in a row for a long time lol.
I'd like to join in the 'plan' challenge too - I'm following a low-carb diet but not any particular plan. My starting weight for that (and the 5lb in the month) will be 246 lbs.0 -

Well I'm quite suprised by that, it seemed like almost everyone was on SW when I joined last month!margaretclare wrote: »Hello

WLR is great, I've used it quite a few times - I can't remember how many times I've signed up to their free trial, lol! They have some V.interesting articles, and the exercise calorie counter is quite useful.
Well I've traded in my exercise bike for a smaller model! I've got one of those mini bikes that just have the pedals now. I'm spending more and more time sat on my bum doing coursework so I think it's going to really help to have a machine that I can use while I'm working.
I would also like to try for the Everest challenge. I'm not sure how it'll go as I'll probably lose count very quickly so will have to try and think of a way to keep track. Your penny idea is great Puds, but I'm not sure it'll work for me as I have a very cheeky little boy that is trying to save some money so I think that the pennies will gradually disappear from the stairs and end up in his money box!0 -

Congratulations! And welcome to the team, I'm on low carb too (apart from the odd chocolate binge every now and again :rotfl:).0 -
So whats the Everest challenge? If its an exercise challenge - count me in! I need motivation to get off my big fat lazy butt (can't even get motivated to go shopping today and I have no food in the house :S)
Oh great - just looked out the window thinking to myself I really should go up to the shops - and its pelting it down with rain, yet another reason for me not to go shopping!!!! lol0 -
The Everest challenge is a challenge to climb the height of Mount Everest (by climbing stairs!) in a month. Puds came up with the idea and has done the maths for it, I think it works out that he needs to walk up his stairs 45 times a day. I'm going to measure my stairs today to find out how many times I should be walking up them.
How high is Everest again please, Puds?0
