My clothes are starting to feel looser, i need a belt for most of the things i need on my bottom half now :)

    :T

my belt went down to 39" this week, albeit i have it pulled up very tight, but then it was super tight for 15 odd years :p when I was bodybuilding I was in a 38" trouser

the old overhang is still 50" thou, and i suspect that will not go without surgery now, just been stretched too much to go back :(

need to find some more guinea pigs

I'm happy to be your guinea pig for a bit :) It all sounds very interesting and completely harmless compared to a lot of other 'diet' ideas! Just tell me what to do, oh wise one ;)

Can someone help me out - I've started making sure that I'm fitting in time for exercising - but if I wear my new cross trainers I get cramp in my feet within the first few mins - even doing the warm up.

Is it my trainers or something else?

Fred I get this all the time with new trainers. Always thought it was because I always buy a size 5.5 instead of a 6 so i can pay kids prices :rotfl: as they always stretch a bit. However my last pair were a size 6 and still had the same. So dunno if it's new trainers u got or not?

Just purchased a WII yesterday, just need the WII fit now. My arm is killing me playing tennis lol. I know you only need to move your wrist but I can't help myself moving and jumping about as if I was really playing tennis. Oh well it's all good exercise I guess:rotfl: Will try and get the balance board and wii fit ASAP. As soon as finances allow :)

Hi Fred, are the shoes a bit loose? If you're curling your toes slightly to 'grip' onto the shoes it could cause cramp? Or, maybe there's not enough arch support compared to your other shoes?

Does it wear off as you break the trainers in?

I think the trainers are tight enough - though I'm wondering if my socks are maybe a bit tight over my toes after I slide my feet in - might give that a go.

    Thanks for the replies.
