Yea but fred, i look !!!! at 24. 24 year old people are meant to be......the opposite of this. Its fine to be like that when you're older. Plus i bet you've totally over played it!
Thanks beanie :P We've been here before love! ha
No overplaying required - was like it at 14, 24, 34 and determined not to be like it at 44 :rotfl:Sorry about the lack of updates, but my laptop was down for a little while.
But good news I'm down to 9st 13lbs 8oz, feels soooo good to see that 9!!
So I think since last time ive lost around 4lbs, but im not entirely sure when I last wrote on here.
I've got your total loss down as 2lbs - you last posted a gain on the week ending 6 April.0 -
Day 36/60
My 3rd fit test this morning was poor, very poor :rotfl:I can't give an accurate description of the 1st workout in Month 2 as the disc kept on freezing so by the time I'd get it working again, I would be well rested :rotfl:Then the laptop would shut off suddenly then I'd get it back on again ( I think it's due to the new updates I downloaded yesterday). Then 15 mins to the end, laptop switched off again and 30mins later, still couldn't get it to work so I took the disc out. From the little I did do, it's very hard. I was sweating from top to toe and it's the first time I took my top off and worked out in my sports bra  Thank God everyone were still in bed :rotfl:
So anyway, I'm determined to do this workout properly so will try again later from the start :eek:SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

Hey Everyone,
Well I am very disappointed in myself. Had a girly night out and must have consumed a weeks worth of calories in one night!!!It started with a couple of pints, and ended with god knows how many icky, sticky cocktails. To top it off I had a Dominos pizza (I don't know why I even bother with them, they're not even that nice!). Feel sick just thinking about it all.
What's done is done, I guess. I just need to work extra hard this week. I've been good for the rest of the week, and will be good from now on, so I'm hoping to avoid a gain. I have no hope of a loss, but will be happy with an STS.
Fred - Can you please put me down for a marathon, rather than a double, as I have no hope of completing it otherwise. I've been quite busy lately so haven't had as much time for exercise as I would have liked.0 -
hey,
I'm a +1 again. I'm going to blame my + on the stress of moving and just being unable to get back into a routine.
I've made myself a chart in the kitchen and am limiting some bad things I like to one or two portions a week and also going to do the C210K along with my normal bike riding.
I'm really quite annoyed with myself!0 -
71.8 kg today. According to one of the results charts I'm keeping that means I've lost half a stone since the end of October.
I weighed 79.8 kg in July 2009, 8 kg x 2.2 = 17.6 pounds, that's about a stone and a quarter in 21 months.
Getting there however slowly!!

Been an utterly lousy week. The job I really really wanted more than my own breath I didn't get. I was so thrilled to get an interview but didn't get it, but I did loose 3 lbs bout the only good thing this week.Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money but you can't get more time0

Did you watch the marathon today? Some runners completed it in 2 hours  while I'm struggling to do a mere 7 miles in 1 ½ hours :rotfl:SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:
