I used to be a regular member of this thread many moons ago when it was back in its Teens. (Dellybelly) !
I just wanted to share a link to a tv program that was on here in Northern Ireland last monday night called Dead Fat
For those of you who are very overweight and struggling to motivate yourself - this might be the boot up the behind you need.
Hope you dont mind me popping in.. I may be back again soon for some extra motivation!

exercise helps big time, hugely, especially after the initial 3 week period when you start to produce endorphins etc

Beanie - hope you're okOh my god, i went into the garage to try some clothes on and i have this one summer dress i absolutly adore. Its a white halter neck that i bought almost 5 years ago. For the past 3/4 years i haven't been able to get back into it again and i tried it on today and it FITS!!!!!!!!!! I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially because i've done no exercise and just pottered for the last 6 weeks, it sorta makes it feel even better!!

I am a STS still stuck at 11st 2 can't believe it every time i look at the scales I was 10 6, always 10 6 and now I'm more than 11!
Did a 3.5k run (well, run/walk) today fred
now I have to go back and check how long a half marathon is in km (I use 'map my run' to work out how far i go, and it measures it in km not miles)Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
