At this rate I'll be the last one to cross the finish line 5.gif as I can only really use the crosstrainer/treadmill in the gym on Thursdays and Fridays. Work Monday to Wednesday so don't go to the gym unless I'm off work (I workout at home). Saturdays is Pilates and Zumba and Sundays is Aerobics, Body Tone & Body Pump :D

Fred, can you put me for a 0.7lbs loss. I thought I'd gain or STS so really happy. I'm now 64.9kg, so if I lose another 300g/0.7lbs or more next week, it should take me to a total of 4stone lost overall since I first started. :D I wanna get to about 9 stone though, and it's getting ever nearer. :)

P.S. Well done to other losers!

    Hey everyone,

Some great losses this week! :j

I can add to it with a 2lb loss. That cancels out my 2lb gain last week so I'm still at 12lb lost. Would love to get another 2lb loss next week to make it to a stone!

Well we finally set up the treadmill late mon night. Had a few mins on it to get used to it but didn't notice how far I went. I did 2.43 km last night, which is 1.5 miles, not much, but every little helps.

Not sure if I'm going to manage a double marathon as the treadmill is quite noisy (more so as I have it upstairs) so can't really use it later in the evening (which is when I prefer to exercise!!!). Will see how I go on.
I have also set myself another little exercise goal, to burn at least 300 cals a day on the bike (which is very quiet to use!), so can do that when the treadmill isn't an option.

Well the BRUCE test went well, I got to 99% of my max HR with no afib!!! so it looks like I am clear, although there is a risk it will go back so far its as good as it can be, looks like my resting HR of 45 is just normal for me

one of the bonus's of doing this test is that you can work out your VO2 Max as a freebie :)

    my time was 13.29
    which gives me a score of 48.78 mls/kg/min ±3.35 mls/kg/min
which makes my VO2max "superior" !!!!!! maybe my HR is low cause I am fitter than I thought
