1 lb gained I am trying, but don't seem to be able to loose. Any suggestions?
Job interivew on Thursday at 1 30. Education room assistant, which means I will be doing what I do as a volunteer, but much more and this time for pay. I can do presentations instead of helping, and tours. So think of me on Thursday, pleaseTime is more valuable than money. You can get more money but you can't get more time0 -

keep a food diary, your just guessing if you don't
keep your diet to 1/3rd slow release low GI carbs the rest on fats (there all healthy) and protein (appetite suppressant)
avoid salt, 1 can of big soup caused me to put on 3lbs in water retention ... it really messes up the scales
weight yourself in a consistent way, jumping on the scales randomly over the week will lead to messed up results ..0 -
normal clothes from normal clothes shops Eric - i bet that feels good!

I used to use Fat B@stard Clobber although I had found that on the whole ebay was very cheap, shirts for £3.50 and trousers for £8 @ 8XL0 -

A marathon should be walking or running, right? So a stint on the crosstrainer won't count, no? Just don't want to put the distance I did on the crosstrainer down if it doesn't count as a marathon.
Thanks
Please can someone tell me why we're not counting the cross trainer? I was really looking forward to this challenge, but my knee can't cope with the pressure of running and I can only go about a mile walking before it gets very wobbly, so I was going to do the marathon on the cross trainer as it's so low impact.Eric_Pisch wrote: »keep your diet to 1/3rd slow release low GI carbs the rest on fats (there all healthy) and protein (appetite suppressant)
Eric, which carbs would these be please? I've sort of avoided them out of fear this week except for a few apples and grapes, and when we went to a friends for dinner on Saturday and I had two small tortilla wraps. Other than that it's been meat and veg.
Booked a girlie holiday with my best friend for two weeks time. Managed to get a great deal so going to a nice 5* place for a bit of pampering in the sun. I'd love to get under the 10stone barrier before I go (last weeks weigh in was 144.4lbs, so about 1/4 of a stone to go).Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
