am I likely just to lose £'s and not lbs and inches?

    Thanks

Possibly. Never heard of it so googled. IF it does work and you lose Ibs, have you any plan in place to keep the weight off?

I've googled and googled some more but can't seem to find any reviews - only salons offering the treatment.

I've been on the Dukan diet and have lost a stone but found it quite expensive! So I've sort of carried on but just cutting out the potatoes, pasta etc.

I've yo yo dieted all my life practically. Am now about a stone and half overweight but have more wobbly bits than a fridge full of jelly.

Shove over Beanie, Sary and BB! I'm joining you on the finishing line with sticking plasters for the inevitable blisters. ;) (I'll bring raw vegan smoothies too, if BB gives me the recipe)

I was at the bottom of Everest waving ... but no one waved back. :(

Excellent - first aid cover too - this is getting very organised this month :D

You were with Izames making the tea at the bottom of Everest - it was very cloudy so that probably stopped us seeing each other waving :j

I'll position your sofa outside Buckingham Palace so you'll have a good spot for the wedding too if that's ok?

    Hello :)
I've decided I need some motivation to help kick start my new healthy eating and thought here would be a great place to find it.
I haven't taken the plunge of weighing myself yet and i'm not looking forward to it but I will get it over with at some point today.

I have decided after a couple of years of totally unhealthy eating, that I need to do something before my health starts to catch up with me.
I would usually eat 2 normal meals + 6 or 7 chocolate bars. Obviously my weakness is the chocolate! It's going to be hard to kick but it needs to go!

chocolate or the mass of sugar they add, sounds like classic carb craving

the addiction can be broken thou
    welcome

Hello :) Just looking to stay on track a bit better. I'm not overweight but could lose a stone. Given up chocolate, sweets and cake for lent and finding it fine, lost 2lbs so far and weighing again tomorrow. Just need to keep on track with exercise. Well done everyone!
