Android Market Place Help!

Still not working, even running as administrator.

Kies should install ok on in 7 64 bit .
How i do it .
Install latest Kies from Samsung .
Reboot PC .

On phone go to Wireless and Networking >>> USB settings .
Set USB to Mass Storage Mode .
Connect USB cable phone to PC
Wait for Windows to find and load drivers .

Fails totally then possible USB cable at fault and also try changing USB port on PC .


Kies Air an over the air Kies is now available from the Samsung Apps on the phone . Not looked at how it works yet .

I am totally stumped here, Tried everything I can think of.

Have un-installed and re-installed. Open Kies with Admin rights.

Tried as JJE described above. Tried a different usb wire and usb port and still nothing.

Still getting this message:

Device Driver software was not successfully installed.

Please consult your device manufacturer for assistance in getting this device installed.

Bluetooth peripheral device Driver not found

Which I don't understand, as I am not using bluetooth. Bluetooth on the phone is not even turned on.

Think I am gonna need to ask in the shop or phone Samsung.

Still can't get it phone connected to Kies, phoned Samsung yesterday, so said I had to take it to local repair centre.

Took it to CPW this morning, which is my local repair centre. Just checked online tracking and it appears they can't fix the problem either and they are having to send it to their central repair centre.
