(he points to some plastic cows on the table) are very small; those (pointing at some cows out of the window) are far away...:D:D

I constantly gripe about this, its a continual battle to even keep things moderately tidy

Evening all
HH - congratulations on your new addition, hope everyone's well x
Been a busy day, boys had rugby training, under 17's (not either of my boys age group) had a match and one lad got injured, the sound of his screaming as he laid on the pitch just won't go out of my mind. Paradmedic and ambulance attended and took him to hospital, heard that it's not a spinal/back injury, that's every parent/players biggest fear, but a knee/leg injury - will hopefully find out more soon. All things considered I was incredibly impressed with the speed of the reaction from the team managers, coaches and medics that are at each game, they are all only volunteers, mostly parents/ex-players etc, as soon as he hit the floor and didn't get up, they were onto the pitch - shame the paramedic and ambulance took 20 mins for paramedic and then another 20 for ambulance to arrive. Other than that, had the outlaws for lunch today, that all went down well, cleared plates, and she wanted to leave some of her cake for us, so insisted we had half of what was left! I've drank what was left of the champers too, hic,! Everything organised for work and school tomorrow - weekends go way to quickly.
Keep safe and well everyone, hugs to all those that need them x

Bitsy - if your back hurts after bending forward it could be a disc problem. Before doing anything stand up straight with your hands on your lower back, with your fingers stretching downwards. Lean back and stretch. Do this before, after and during anything that involves bending forwards. It is also vitally important that you watch your posture - no slouching. This is just how my back trouble started, it's much better now, but I am really, really careful.
