I managed to get £15 off the blue one, I felt I couldnt push it for the £30 because when I checked my order online it stated the N270. So I am quite happy with that offer.

ETA it is on sale at £269 now!!

Does anybody else find it interesting that we are getting different amounts for the refund? Varying from £15 to £30. We were told the maximum they could offer (on the blue) was 10%, worked out to £15. Surely Tesco should have some standard for this? Or does it just come down to how polite we are, and which Customer Service agent we get.

I bought one of these cases. Very nice but note, it is a VERY snug fit so will probably buy a different one.

Yes they are snug fit I got one today but not that one as it was out of stock day after I posted it on here

Its due to the battery sticking out I ordered not realising the battery would stick out, I did check and double check the dimensions as well before ordering

The gave me that option too, but I said I had already opened it up and installed AVG before I realised as I was packing the box away, so they offered me the 10%.. It is clearly a known issue as when I mentioned the laptop was not as described she aked was it an Acer. May be worth ringing again.
