They said nobody was getting £30 refund, but they are giving £15. I did push it and asked for a manager but no budging.

I had bought the blue one. Just rang up and got a 20 pounds refund. Worth a go!

Hi, I called 01992 632222 (found on saynoto0870 - didn't want to pay the high price for the number advertised on Tesco Direct) and asked to be put through to Tesco Direct. I then didn't mention getting any money at all, I just explained that the product wasn't as advertised, explained in what way it wasn't as advertised, and said I was disappointed. I was immediately offered at 20 pounds refund and have since received a confirmation e-mail.

Thats what I did but got £15, I explained its not got the faster n450 and that its actually n270


Tesco messed me around other day went to pick on netbook on said day and time only tesco didnt have that order and many others also so a lot of disappointed customers on Tuesday

Got mine today, same issue with the processer, OH just been on the phone with them and they are being awkward about refunds, but her insistance paid off and we got a £15 \ 10% refund. I would advise people to ask about a replacement for the specified N450 model, of course they wont do this, but this will be enough to force their hand in offering the £15 discount.

I just want to say my thanks to the OP for this as managed to get a red one, picked it up today.

I have also called T Direct and expressed my dissapointment on the processor and managed to get a £30 refund. I did have to ask to speak to a manager as the sales advisor on the phone wouldn't budge.

Extremely happy as had a great little notebook for £113.20 !!:j
