Depth is slightly more, because of battery. More 200mm
I think because it is a 6 cell battery.

I think it depends how busy they are on the Tesco Direct desk.

They like to give you a call but sometimes when I have been into ours they have been snowed under, they only have two people on ours and they always seem to be mad busy.

I did get a call today though at about 2.30 pm to say they had a parcel for me.

Can anyone confirm that you can't use Skype on these?

I am sure I read on another forum that people had probs trying to use Skype on this model.
