(((hugs))) beemuzed- hope things improve for your DS soon. It is hard, as you say.
Foggy here now - looking out is looks more like an autumn day. However, I look at the snowdrops in the park every day and know that spring is on its way.
DH is putting on the new fronts on the kitchen cupboards. The exisiting units are fine so we went for fronts only. He's been doing a couple after work each day but now he has time to finish it off. Nice and white and shiny and clean! But....why is it that since has has been working in there I have a craving to make soup? Maybe it's the weather!

    Afternoon All,

I have not stopped since my feet hit the floor this morning.
Lroom and Droom vacced and polshed, bathrooms all cleaned and a dust and tidy around the bathrooms cleaned upstairs and down

I have decided to go back to eating the old core diet from WW. For those who don't know its a list of healthy foods and you have 3 good meals a day plus 21 points a wk for anything not on the list. It suits me cos it's very OS and most stuff is cooked from scratch. I lost 2 stone this way and have put one and half back on :o Very like SW I would say.
Anyway I have made lasagne using core ingredients and for pudding for me jelly and yoghurt. I make up sugar free jelly and pour 3/4 into indivdual bowls and then mix a fat free yoghurt in the remaining jelly solution. Once the jelly in the bowls are set you pour on the yoghurt/jelly mixture and allow to set. A great sugar free dessert that satisfies my sweet tooth and you can use any combination of jelly and yoghurt flavours:D. If anyone wants the Lasagne recipe let me know.
Also have a lemon drizzle cake in the oven but that's not for me definitely:naughty:
Also going to try a sweetner in my tea instead of a sugar. I must do something otherwise nothing will fit:(

    Happy Birthday Master Taps:T

I always use chicken soup cos I'm not keen on mushroom. Lovely and creamy though and I honestly don't miss proper cheese in this:D
ELF is Extra Low Fat soft Cheese. I also grate the carrot and courgette, it's easier
