Well Agrinnall, thanks for your mild insult, you must know that the way to really hurt me is to insult my IT skills!! Nooooooo!!
(Lord knows why you felt the need for an mild insult anyway, but hey- if it helps you feel better i'll take it!!)
Because, like many posters on these forums, you clearly have access to a computer and the internet but can't be ars*d to take 10 seconds to do a Google search yourself.0 -
As i said, hey- if it helps you feel better i'll take it!!
Also, no need to even hint at swearing....it's ok, take a sit down, have a cup of tea and smile to yourself.....enjoy life!!0 -
To be honest, I think the fact you're willing to post various insulting pictures of "her" on here suggests there definitely was a bit more to your "polite" phone call than you wish to reveal.urs sinserly,
~~joosy jeezus~~0 -
Oooooh that would be brilliant!! Unfortunately it was from the local branch though!! (i really was polite....but giggling)
Why be so arrogant about it just say no thankyou and politely put the phone down. Seems like your missing out a few details here, sounds like you were abusive and they have reported it and closed your account downEven a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day, and for once I'm inclined to believe Withnail is right. We are indeed drifting into the arena of the unwell.0 -
and why giggle? how old are you. Perhaps you can call another bank up and ask them if they do a basic childs accountEven a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day, and for once I'm inclined to believe Withnail is right. We are indeed drifting into the arena of the unwell.0

Seems to me that JuicyJesus should, perhaps, read my posts before commenting?
...I don't know how many ways there are to say that there was no more to the phone call!!Now, to theronkinator, Maolory, JuicyJesus, paulmcerlean and Loanranger, let me make myself crystal clear- If i want advice from any forum, i will post all relevant details in as clear a way as i possibly can and not leave out any details because if i did then the answer/s id get would be of no use to me.
Oh and JuicyJesus... not 'various pictures' just the one, my friend! The other one was by ffacoffipawb ok? Tut Tut!
Let me explain again how the call ended:and then politely explained that id rather not but thanked her
Also, a big thank you to Lokolo, i appreciate a logical helpful answer! That's what all posters should try and do!0 -
Hi, what id like to do (i know some will say 'what's the point?') is to write to somebody high up at Hsbc and explain the situation.
Some may also say 'what's the point as they never get to read them' but i've just had a dispute with Orange and a dispute for a friend with Admiral insurance and after writing recorded delivery letters to the CEO, Chairman etc etc, i've had the results i really really wanted.
Perhaps you should just leave it? Lets be honest you have been arrogant at LEAST on the telephone. Seems to me like, and from the quote outlining your previous successes against companies, your more interested on what you can get out of it rather than any particular damage they have caused you.Why waste your time writing letters to CEO'S, take your business elsewhere and dont bank with them again (simple really).Even a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day, and for once I'm inclined to believe Withnail is right. We are indeed drifting into the arena of the unwell.0 -
Hmmmm.....the Orange issue and the Admiral issue were both concluded with the outcome i wanted and a full and frank apology because i was messed around. Do you perhaps think that i 'bullied' the CEOs into submission? Pah, it'll be a cold day in hell when those people are bullied into action, ha ha! No, it was because i had been hard done by!
Please dont mistake facts for arrogance. I dont see a reason why i would not mention those successes....do you?0 -
I would say open a new account on monday with santander and get a 100 for it.
I would do this as you dont want to end up without an account.
I didn't know banks were resorting to this. I know that if they don't want to have you as customer then they don't have to offer you an account... Write to the boss and get a claim in with the ombudsman and file a complaint for each and every bank charge you have ever had and do all you can to go down fighting. After which you will not be able to bank with them, but it worth it.
Its laughable that in this economy that they would want to get rid of a customer, when most big banks are spending over 30% of they budget in getting new customers. I mean I am not a nice customer, I have screamed and heckled at the indian call centre several times and once demanded their address to take a flight over there to smack one of the workers to get justice and I was ok lol. This was over a banking error, which embarrassed me at the supermarket, even though I had several thousand pounds in the bank.
I lorded it up over the point that the bank exists to serve me and they should roll out the red carpet if they had to, to avoid me.
Sso unless you have done an armed blag at your local branch or one of your family members have it is strange to see why they will not want you. They is more to this. The harder one works the luckier one gets!0 -
