Additionally, I booked an extra night and have only got the internet confirmation, as anybody else gone without the official booking letter?
Exactly the same scenario for me.
I rang AT to confirm, and they said ring Lastminute.com. They confirmed both nights had been booked and gave me another reference number (different to the one on the written confirmation).
I rang AT again to confirm the new ref number, and they confirmed there was 2 nights booked.

Just packing to leave to go to AT! Woo!
Couple of questions I hope some of you can answer before I go. Have the rooms got DVD players and/or wi fi?0 -

Nope, we took the xbox 360 - tv has a scart input so you could take a small dvd player/console if you wanted to watch dvds.
I think you can pay £5 for 24 hour internet access through the tv - but the interactive part of the tv was only working for a couple of hours in our 3 night stay. The tv had a network port at the rear so you might be able to connect a laptop wired to the tv for the £5 fee - not sure - but prob not worth it for £5 for 24 hours.0 -

I don't know if some of the rooms have been refurbished, but the 2 we had were excellent.
BTW, the hotel is actually 3* not 4*
And we still have not been charged even though it is a week since we went!0 -
I'm going on Monday. Should I have a confirmation email from lastminute.com? I can't find one and I don't want to get there and be turned away though I know my payment has gone through.0

I went to breakfast with my 2 kids (1 and 5) and only paid for 2 adult breakfasts as my kids too only have a few bites of toast etc etc.
No one said a word to be honest.0 -
we just got back from our stay. room in AT hotel was actually nicer than expected. very spacious considering there was a single bed (with pullout underneath) and double bed in the room. the secret garden was covered in fake snow, xmas deco up... family facility room (located on 2nd floor) included washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave and iron etc all available for use...as for cariba creek.......omigod, i had to be dragged outta the water to leave, some fantastic rides master blaster is a must! the outdoor pools and slides were still open, it was weird watching the steam come off the water in the outdoor bubbly wubbly (come jacuzzi) pool, had a fantastic time!!!!! would do it all over again!Everything in life is a paradox. The more you want approval, the more you become a person that other people don't want to approve of, the less you care about whether you get approval, the more you get.:A0
