    Hi All,

Just got back - went to the waterpark and the spa!!! It was ace!!! Really weird being in the pool outside in the middle of winter!!! The chill out room at the spa was the best with a twinkly sky!!

Went to a really nice pub called the Star last night about a mile from the Hotel (Cotton). Food was lovely!!!

Room and breakfast was very good!! Highly recommend!!!

    I LOVED the Spa.

I thought it was fantastic. We also had full body massages which were fab. :)

I liked the ecuylptus (SP?) steam room
Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...

  • Just got back and had a fabulous time. Definately well worth the visit.
Drove 11 miles out to Leek and had a cavery at the The Plough (Toby) and had breakfast this morning at the Windy Ridge Cafe.

Booked to go again on friday 8th Dec. This time eating in as it seems reasonable. If you've got the chance to go don't hesitate you will not be dissapointed

Think MSEs should be wearing special branches as I was dying to talk to people to see if they were fellow bargain hunters!!!!

BTW - if u don't want a big meal u can order pizza from the bar 6pm til 6am!!!

Can't go again cos of work stuff - am hoping that they do the offer after xmas as the park doesn't open til March!!!

    Fingers crossed!!!

Hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did!!!

    I've been Money Tipped!
We did!!! It was pouring down, so we dumped the car in the Cadburys space.
  • Windy Ridge is on the A523 bottom house

I too wondered which others guests there were MSEs. The only person we chatted to was Patrick the Polish team leader in the secret garden resturant and the bar
  • By he way did anyone have breakfast in the hotel and what did it consist of?
Only thing I know about it is that it's £8.50 if you book it when you check in.

Oh and almost forgot... Thanks 306notout for your original post x
