Friday Nights have been coming up at £20 for a few days now, and Saturday Nights at £40 usually.

If you want a £10 a night stay I think it needs to be of a weekday now :(. I booked for 1st Dec for £10 about a week ago, and yesterday booked Thursday 30th for £10 too.

hi guys have booked in, just wondered if any of you thought it would be worth us using the waterpark, was thinking of getting the £5 entry, for me and my daughter (age 2) and then either £5 entry for my hubby or paying £8 so we can take turns at going on the other things. Apparently if you are on a £5 ticket you are restricted to whay areas you can use, but it's not much fun going on the rides on your own. Is there enough there to keep a two year old (and a 23 year old) happy to make it worth the £5?

Just got back, you are not restricyted to any areas although under 5's are restricted on a lot of things. Ive just spent 2 and a half hours in there with a 2 year old and aone year old and it was ideal. They have travel cots by the pool which I could put my one year in to rest in whilst my hubby went on the big rides. Not a great amount of pool space for adults but good for kids.

The hotel was empty though pobably 20 max in hotel therefore no entertainment so early night.

  • Maybe not the place to ask, but my son is a grown-up 4.5 year old..

Alton Towers waterpark, says some rides aren't for under 5's - but would they ask, would they know - am I irresponsible??

It always annoys what seems arbitary age restrictions, I suspect it's health and safety ruling or something..

but anyone know and the implications for bending the rules in e.g. under 5 rule at Alton Towers water park?
  • My mate and I are going for two nights . We are going on Friday night and thought we would spend Saturday at the waterpark but it is closed. What are we supposed to do.

    What a nightmare man.

    Any ideas ?
