Wine? But of course.
As for the letter, sounds good but a little bit patchy if that sounds right, took me 2 reads to follow it. Will try to have a proper look in a min and be more constructive. You have to start to finish.

I think you need to take some deep breaths and try to release the anger and stress.
Is there you do to help relieve stress? Maybe soothing music or something which is free.
I know it's annoying and I would be annoyed also.
Just think when the property is finished how lovely it will look for new tenants.June 16 Mortgage Amount £82,896.15

Hi dfw
Sorry about the mess with the tenants, why would anyone treat a house like that? It beggars belief!
Hope you get it sorted at minimal cost.

Thank you bonnington, I've calmed down this morning, i'm a picture of serenity (honest) I went to bed and tried to meditate, i used to do this a few years back and it really helped. Unfortunately not having practised in years and my ruined house together, did not mix! :rotfl:I do feel better today though, even after my hashed letter to the management agency :rotfl:
I may see if dad can find tenants. If not I will let them do that and I will state I want NO PETS this time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And yep funnily enough this morning i woke up and thought, well if all else fails the house will look wonderful for a wee while!!!Hi dfw

Yellow xI suppose because I personally would never ever treat a house like that I just don't understand when tenants do this to me. BUT i guess, unfortunately, the world has all sorts in it, therefore I just need to keep a better eye on my next lot

Friday
:jyey!! It's the end of the week!!!
Am up, dressed, tea in hand, and ready for a new day! Already have my second wash on of the day, and the dishwasher is on, kitchen sides scrubbed and bins out for the bin men :T my energy has returned, and with it a better attitude!
Am intrigued to see if the management team ring me or email me today regarding my letter last night :rotfl: I'm not really in the mood for phone calls though so today I am having a mobile free day. Will switch it off when I can find it! I like to do this every now and then for a little peace. The house phone, well that is a cordless one that I can never find anyway as the kids like to move it aroundand when I do find it the battery is usually dead so that should be fine too :rotfl:
Today's plans are:- Drop DD of to nursery
- hoover downstairs, mop kitchen
- Go back to nursery and have school pics taken with the two kids
- Home for the day
- Make some sort of list of food so i can do minimal shop next week.
Right off to get kids ready to go out for nursery run. And to enjoy my tea whilst it is still warm :rotfl:
