Today will be a spend day, I've already seen something on the grabbit board and treated myself :o:cool:!! Was only £5.69 though so I feel it's a justified spend seeing as though I have no pocket money this month:rotfl:

I'm also meeting the girls for breakfast and coffee morning. Will pay a bill today too seeing as though it's already a spend day.

I've got a wash out on the line and omg i think it will be gone by the time i've got back from breakfast! It is blowing so strongly even with 4 pegs on each item i think they may do a disappearing act

Need to check bank this morning. Have done all my surveys so far that have been sent to me. I'm nearly at a point where i can claim my first rewards on two sites :T so hopefully will do that before xmas!

Stuffed 4 sock monkeys last night and will get round to sewing them all up and finishing them at some point! I have about 25 now half made :rotfl:!

Anyhow must go, my kids need dressing and shoving out the door for the nursery run :D

You seem to be getting on really well with those sock monkeys at the moment. I am afraid we had a spend day yesterday and also today. Water was turned off all of a sudden - no warning and they were unsure of when it would come back on. Being unorganised like i am i ended up having to buy premade baby milk for my screaming child. Not happy they gave no warning!

Anyway will try for NSD tomorrow :)

  • Hi Slm & Happy

well i'm in for the day now, I went to coffee morning and turns out it was a charity one so we had to pay for the usually free coffee & biccies, but i didn't mind as it went to a good cause (an army family one) so total spends were around £5.00 as I bought 3 cakes (not all for me honest lol), cooked breakfast & had about 4 cups of tea :rotfl:oh and a diet coke. So in the grand scheme of things that was pretty cheap ;)

Will have to try and get another NSD in tomorrow :)

DS2 is fast asleep after keepimg me awake most the night and having me out of ebd at 6am :naughty: so i'm chilling out watching catch up t.v....and i may go see if any more surveys are available :T

Hope everyone is having a great day and it's not too cold where you are!

  • I've just signed up to the 'make £10 a day thread' this might be the motivation i need to get my savings back up for emergencys :T...although I am only pledging to make £5 a day this month. I think £10 might be a little optimistic lol!

Have lots of stuff ending on ebay on Sunday so may make some money there! Although no bids at present on 3 or 4 items i have several watchers :j

Am thinking I might take a little scout round the charity shops tomorrow afternoon and see if i can pick up some bargains good to sell on again at a higher price (or is this wrong...:undecided)!

  • Quick Update on NSD -

I hope you don't mind me crashing your thread. I felt it was easier to keep it on one post, so we all know where it is:

    DFW & Happy on 3
    SLM & Bonnington on 2

I was sent 4 surveys yesterday which pay £3.50 each. Minimum payout is £15.
Hoping to be sent one more before the end of this month.
    June 16 Mortgage Amount £82,896.15
Official mortgage end date August 2027 :(
Current rate 2.59% until August 2020
  • No of course I don't mind bonnington, crash away (that doesn't really sound right does it, hmm??)

I have another NSD today under my belt :T i very nearly succumbed to some yummy freshly cooked donuts on the school run this morning, but saved my money, and my expanding waist line :rotfl:

Talking of weight, i weighed in this morning and some how have lost 2 lb :j very happy with that :T

Would like to lose at least 7 lb more before i forget about dieting ;)

Bonnington, which survey site is that? Mine pay from 5p-2.50 at the most, and i never ever seem to qualify for those so it seems to take forever to get anything. Not had any rewards yet from any of them :(!!
